Stopped for breakfast for dine in. Very friendly workers, and definitely one of the cleanest McDonalds I’ve been in. Order was hot and fresh.

Sloppily prepared deformed hamburger (it wasn’t a rush hour or anything and the store was empty), nasty clogged sink in the restroom, and now they’re asking for tips on that screen. Let’s see. I came in to the store. I picked my food at the counter. I carried my tray to the table. I cleaned the table after myself. There was no waiter serving me, so effectively I served myself, which means I don’t owe you a tip! You didn’t do anything extra for me. Do better and stop with cheap opportunistic behavior trying to stuff your pockets at the expense of the customer. Your prices are high enough as it is. How about fixing that sink instead?

I go here often since its on route to work, etc. But at times I go out of my way to visit. Super nice and accommodating staff. Food always made to your order and specs. Yes, at times due to the difficulty to find enough employees, they may be slower than normal, but I have no problem waiting here. Folks, please be more patient and understanding of the restraints of finding enough employees especially in a place like this located in a small population area and being on the interstate

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Don’t come to this location. I was yelled at in the window by Jill over some whipped cream on a frappe. I drove back and forth a total of 3 times because of my order being messed up, that plus the rude customer service of Jill and the manager Jack who wasn’t very understanding or listened to me when I tried speaking and walked away mid sentence. I live in Jackson and I was also an assistant manager for that exact location. So I’m so disappointed in how I was treated. I’m never rude and I’m always polite. Jill always had an attitude and clearly it’s getting worse and something needs to be done about it. Again don’t go to this location if you don’t want to be treated like garbage, getting the second window slammed in your face and getting wrong food.
Below I added the picture of the frappe that “had whipped cream and drizzle” I took the picture driving home I had not taken a sip. Then the two sausage muffins that they gave me when I had asked for 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Drove back and forth a total of 3 separate times. All the rest of my food was cold at home.

Ok youse should just close early if you’re not going to serve fresh food! I came late after work @ 11:00pm. I was served cold fries, I mean COLD, my fish fillets were very old and stale, the edges were hard as rock!!! I will never eat late there again!!!

For the most part the employees are nice. I personally rather come in the morning because I know the Food will be fresher and more happy employees. Night time is a different story. Depends on who is working on what kind of service you get. Need more caring people that work there at night. Other than that this mcds is nice and quiet and clean most of the time. They also have a lot of deals going on all the time. And if you download the app you get even more deals. The app is very well worth it especially if you’re someone who gets coffee everyday, buy 5 get one free and it’s of any size which is even better. So I would recommend coming here especially more during the day though. Other than that it’s 5 stars.

If i could give a zero. I would. Got a 6 piece mcnugget. it came with 5. got an oreo mcflurry. it was 99% plain ice cream. and not serving fries on free fry friday. absolute joke. It is 10 at night. they werent even busy. why is this so complicated. you got one job, do it.
