If I could leave no stars I would. We waited over 45 mins for 5 meals. I usually give restaurants the benefit of the doubt due to us being a big family. We were the only ones sitting when we got sat down. Placed our order and then people who came in after us got served before us. The cook was on his phone the whole time we were there. Half our meals came out cold, veggies on the burger were old and the pancakes were flat and barely there. My son got a side of bacon and got 3 pieces of pieces of burnt bacon. The women’s restroom looked like it hadn’t been mopped or scrubbed in some time. The waitress was trying and asked us to ask for new bacon because she knew how poor the plate was prepared. We refused because we wanted to get back on the road. Corporate or the owner needs to reevaluate the cook and his want to please their customers.

I will say this was the cleanest Dennys I have ever been in. Menus were surprisingly wiped down and clean. Restrooms were also clean and fully stocked. Food was served quick with a pleasant waitress named Carla. All three of us cleaned are plates. The food was very hot and delicious. This was during peak lunch time. Thanks Carla for your excellent service. Thank you management team for doing a terrific job of running the establishment.

When i got a meal with two sides I got charged in full, the full price of the item not the substitution price. I changed both sides because I will admit I am a picky eater and dont like hasbrowns. Well when we went to pay my boyfriend asked about it because we’ve only eaten here three times, so we were curious. When we asked the man at the register took it off but looked at my boyfriend and asked if he was happy in a very sarcastic tone and turned and winked at me. When my boyfriend started talking again to ask about it, because he never answered his question, the man continues to ask him if he was happy and kept being rude. He also had an airpod in and just kept being disrespectful. If a substitute is going to be the full price disclose that to the customer.

From the moment we walked in it was disappointing. The hostess was cranky and acted like she needed a new job because she didn’t want to be there. Our waitress was good but the food was only so-so. A mixture of burnt and raw hash browns. Dried up toast with the least amount of butter I’ve ever seen. My food was warm but my wife had to eat her broken/yolk free eggs ,supposed to be over easy eggs cold. Yes it’s a Dennys but even McDonald’s is at least hot food. Don’t waist the money on this place.

Food has improved since my last visit so that was suprising. Speaking of surprises when did they raise there prices it was $75 (including tip) bucks for 4 of us and we didn’t even have appetizers or desserts. I probably will come back when I finally forget how how there prices are.

Hash browns where inedible hair in the eggs took over 45 minutes to get our food. Bathrooms where disgusting. When we went in there was only one other table there and it’s still took so long and then to have half the food be inedible was sad. Will not be going back for sure. Even the toddler asked why it took so long without any adults says anything before hand. That says lot
