We eat buffalo at least 3-4 times a month- usually Tuesday or Thursdays. Usually everything is perfect and delicious. Today we ordered boneless wings and the breading in the outside was completely falling off the chicken. It tasted like it had been cooked, left out, then microwaved and put in box. We called up to manager who was very nice, and got us fixed up for next time we go in. But the manager let us know the company they get boneless wings from changed and that may be the reason… if this is the reason for the terrible quality boneless wings – please figure something out. I couldn’t even eat 1 whole boneless wing. It was hard, tasted and had a texture of processed boiled chicken. I love buffalo wild wings and want to come back here at least once a week…. But if the boneless wings stay like this I have no choice but to find somewhere else to go.

Had 6 people, person at the front took us to a table. Practically threw the menus down said sorry and walked off. The table she took us to was not clean. We stood beside it waiting for someone to acknowledge us for 10 mins and got ignored so we left and went to Mellow Mushroom and had the best experience ever with Ashton.

The Dunkin Cold Brew was smooth, bold, and really refreshing. Paired it with the Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie, which came out warm and gooey with crispy edges and a soft center. Perfect little dessert moment with great flavor on both.

We ate here and got the pick 6 deal such a great price. But definitely have to mention the amazing waitress we had Chloe!!! She was so sweet and kept checking in on us. Will for sure ask for her section always !!

Ordered the BOGO half off wing special, for two, with different sauces, not for sharing and fries. The wings were brought out on one plate, all looking identical. We asked the server (not our waitress) how were we to tell them apart, and she proceeds to indicate a color difference, yet they looked exactly the same. We asked for them to be separated, so I guess they were brought to the back and did just that. They were returned, but the carrots and celery were now omitted, but brought out once made aware. One wing order appeared to have mixed pieces, the other had ONLY flats, which are fairly small for a meal of 10. When we inquired about this, we were told we’d have to specify mixed pieces and that you don’t necessarily get 5 of each. By now, the food and fries were cold, but tasted “okay.” We saw our server infrequently, there were bones and spilled liquid beneath our table that we didn’t even bother mentioning, and the floor was super sticky. Less pleasant experience overall. We visited about a month ago and it was great all around. This experience, not so much.

Horrible service. Waitress took my order a few minutes after I was seated, brought my food fairly quickly, then disappeared for over 20 minutes. I asked two different waitresses that walked by if they could take my payment so I could leave. Several waitresses and host and hostesses were standing around. Finally, a man I am assuming a manager, came and took my card, then he disappeared for about 5 minutes. Finally, the original waitress shows up at my table with my card and receipt and said “sorry, I got a little behind,” and walked away. The restaurant was not overly busy and no explanation was given. Won’t be back.

I come to this place very often and it’s usually a hit or miss. This last time of me coming in, I came in with my family and we waited for 20 minutes for a server and nobody came and helped us until a server from a different part of the restaurant named Terrance W. (He wanted me to specify because there’s another Terrence that works there) came and helped us out. Service was amazing and the food was even better. Terrence even helped us set up a Rewards account to get free food!

It was freezing in there. Expensive for what the food was – it’s bar food. The boneless wings were tough. The chili on the nachos was sweet. The beer cheese sandwich smelled like Tuna, but did have great flavor. The buffalo chicken dip was great.

Before I get to the food let me tell you, the new renovations to this restaurant are impressive. It’s absolutely stunning the way they upgraded it!
Our waitress Katelyn was super attentive and knowledgeable. She herself was excited by the upgrades. We ordered the Cauliflower bites for an appetizer. They were delicious and plenty of them. I ordered the Bacon hatch smashed chili burger. It’s my go to and never disappoints! My wife ordered chicken tenders. Everything hot, fresh and delicious. Between the service, food and environment this place is awesome! Thanks BBW’s!!
