I really had a nice experience at this Burger King. It’s hard to find a Burger King because the one in Ocean View is undergoing repairs. Well, Shelia the Manager was very friendly and the staff who served me named Destiny with the nice braids gave me some a good hair tip as well. “Big Ups,” to the “Whopper,” at Burger. Don’t forget to save ur receipt and get your free Whopper… And enjoy a sandwich on them. Tell Ms. Shelia and Destiny you saw the review Naomi did on Google Maps! “Have a Great Day!

Every single time i order from this place my order is wrong. They put 0 care into making the food or even doing their job correctly. I’m not even one to complain but this is absolutely horrible this place needs to be shut down.

I wish I hadn’t even ordered. By the time I left I just about felt like throwing away the food.
I placed a mobile order ten minutes before I arrived. There were about five cars in front of me in the line, but it still took about half an hour to get my order.
After waited at the pickup window for a few minutes, I was told I needed to pull forward to wait some more.
I was thinking they had just had the order ready for the person behind me, so I went ahead and pulled forward. Then I watched as the three cars behind me got their orders while I waited another 5 minutes.
While I was sitting there, I heard a large amount of laughing coming from inside the store. I also saw several people being let in and out of the store even though it the lobby was closed and locked. They were wearing normal clothes and didn’t seem to be working.
When I finally got my order, everything was cold and the burgers were missing their cheese.
I hope the franchise owners realize how much money these people are costing them. Between customers driving off, customers never returning, and employees getting paid to sit around and do nothing, this location is probably making half of what it could.
Even if the owner had to fire everyone and shut down for a month, they would probably lose out on less money then they would by keeping these parasitic “employees”.

Swung by as my power was out and a nice young man served up fresh breakfast sandwiches and shockingly good coffee – i asked for cream but ended up drinking it black. Thanks for fixing my morning, bk crew!

The staff is nice , they’re very hard workers there. This visit was for me being a Dasher but it’s also the closest to my home so I come in now and then on my own and I like both versions of the Whopper (meat and Impossible) so I like having this BK close to home.

The people that work here are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with in my life, I’m told to talk to the manager via their phone number give them my name due to them messing my order up. Was given a box of eaten chicken fires, the wrong sides, and a sandwich with bag already opened when it comes sealed through online order. These people should be an ashamed of them selves, I have a family to feed and they are going to the extreme by not even answering there phone. Horrible manager!

I ordered two large sandwiches, two large drinks, and two large fries.
The drinks were fine and the sandwiches were acceptable.
But the fries were very disappointing. One box was filled mostly with small sauce packets at the bottom, with only a little bit of fries on top. The other one looked more like a mini size, not large at all!!
Both fries were closer to mini portions, and one was even less than that!!

I came through the drive thru this am and at the speaker I got the rudest order taker ever.Every question I asked I was no.. no.. no just rude as hell. Her name was Yvette.. and she should definitely be in the back with food and not dealing with customers. RUDE AND NASTY WORDT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Every time you come to this place it don’t matter the time they always take forever. What is customer service here very rude! No “hi how can i help you”. Drive thru smells like horrible death asked why did it smell like that and said it was the trash can by. The window at drive thru is soo dirty you see all the fingerprints. Management needs to be aware of this place more!
