We ordered ahead on the app. We went through drive thru because we need a quick meal before hitting the road. Unfortunately, we had to wait longer than a “typical” McDonald’s. However, the lady at the window was extremely friendly and called my husband by his name which goes a long way. Food was quality to be expected.

I order here regularly and EVERY TIME that i order a deluxe chicken sandwich someone gives me a spicy one. Are you guys just not reading your orders or do we just not care? every other time i order here its perfectly fine but if i order a chicken sandwich it is NEVER right, EVER.

Stopped in on our way home. The tables were dirty and I had to ask the manager for a towel to clean a table to sit at. They gave me the towel to do it. Yes, I asked for it, but I should have never had to clean the table myself. The bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. The employees I dealt with were rude.

Usually I have no issues here. We stopped on our way home from Princeton this afternoon and grabbed lunch for me and my baby. Thank God I didn’t give this to my baby and it was my burger. Check your food if you don’t want pink in your burger. Steak is one thing but my burgers? Yeah I’d like them done all the way please. I don’t think I’ll be going back for a while.

i made a mobile order for breakfast at 10:20 i got there at 10:33 they told me i can’t receive my food cuz i wasn’t on the property. last time i did this everything was fine and we still got our breakfast !! we are pissed !!!! don’t sell breakfast on the app then if you’re not even going to give me what i paid for. and then proceeded to try and charge me $25 for 2 medium drinks !!

( misunderstood me ) restated my order (5 Plain Double Cheeseburger Meals and 20 piece Chicken Nuggets 5 Lg. Drinks.
Was told to pull up to park in lane 1, they would bring order out.
Wasn’t there long gentleman brought me one bag. Had everything except Fries so I went inside to ask for my Fries. Night Manager(I assume) told me that Double Cheeseburgers are not combos?? I told him I said “Meals” He then grabbed a paper sack as he walked towards the Fryers “Popped it open” with an attitude bagged my fries and walked back holding the bag of Fries just stuck them out to me not even apologize or anything. I told him I Will Not Spend Another Dime In Here! ! Sorry Not Sorry!

This is what I’ve gotten every time I order extra pickles, over multiple weeks, and this is just what I’ve bothered to photograph. this isn’t even enough for a sandwich without extra pickles. Can y’all please take your time or encourage whoever got stuck on sandwiches to actually take their time and give the proper amount of ingredients? at least 3 pickles a sandwich is a pretty standard amount. id rather my sandwich take 5 extra seconds and have enough ingredients than have it haphazardly slapped together for speed’s sake.

I love our local McDonald’s in Eddyville KY. Drive through staff are always friendly and attentive. Food is normally pretty good with the occasional cold fries. Please always make sure the fries are hot, especially if we have to pull up and wait for our food. Other than that I have zero complaints. Note: My review is for evening staff
