Stopped here to eat during a long drive. The lobby was clean, but the men’s bathroom was not. Fresh flowers were on all the tables, which was a nice touch. The food was hot and came out quickly, and the staff was good.

Very convenient it’s next to a gas station. The service was great and food tasted good. They said there’s no salt on the fries, but the fries tasted like there was something on it. Not sure, maybe from the fryer that fried chicken in there…the breading of the chicken??? Or maybe old oil that’s ready to be changed out.

One day not too long ago like earlier this month or after thanksgiving I went in to order take out in the evening. The girl that was ringing me up was rudely inpatient at me. I started my order and looked quickly at the menu for literally 5 seconds, during that she begins tapping her nails on the counter. I then told her my order anyways but did hold up the line or anything because I’m pretty sure I remember no one was behind me. I work in fast food myself and had customers at my register take way longer than what I did and I still don’t give them attitude.

Chicken fil a is starting to fall in line with all the other fast food joints. Quality is falling, product is getting worse, sandwiches look terrible compared to just 3 months ago. What happened? Chicken barely covers the bun, breading is lacking, and the chicken itself is over cooked and dry. I chose them and could have settled on a burger, but thought I’d go with a better choice. I guess this time I was way off. Poor showing Chick fil F as in failed. I’ll give it a go again, but I’ve had better from lesser…at minimum it was hot. Not a win though.

Whoever Allie is needs to watch her mouth at work. Never have we as a family seen an employee at chic fil a be so nasty to their staff. I don’t think she’s aware that customers can hear her. We did. She was laughing and making snide remarks about how it’s funny to make employees work for it. That she didn’t care what someone’s availability was and was laughing about purposefully scheduling people in a way that they’d be forced to quit. Something about how it’s funny to her to see them struggle. I hope that’s not who is making your schedules because if it is she needs retrained or demoted to a position of less authority! Her attitude goes against everything we know about this company. She’s a liability and now we’re wondering if she is why we always see new employees here!! Please investigate! She genuinely made us not want to shop there. All the staff and food are a 10/10 but she is a 0/10 for how ugly she was.

Little girl, you are replaceable. Until we know she is no longer abusing her power we will gladly go elsewhere. We don’t give our money to people who treat their employees like a burden.

My son and his uncle recently visited the drive thru. They placed an order for a 30 count nugget, 4 waffle fries, and spicy chicken sandwich add cheese. My son’s uncle dropped him back home to his mother and went about his evening. As my son got settled inside and opened his bag, he quickly realized he did not have the correct order. So he reached out to me to help remedy the situation. I assured him no big deal, let me call them and I’m sure they can fix it for us. Which lead me to call the location and speak to a team member who gave me three different options. Refund the money to our card, give us a credit that is good for up to 14 days, or they could remake the food. We really just wanted the food remade since my son and his two sister was still hungry at this point and have not ate. We figure ok awesome. Wrong! The team member informs me they have to bring the food back in order to get the meal that the location failed to give me. Which I understand and makes since. However I explained to the team Member his uncle would have to past the location in order to go get the food to then bring it back to the location then to go back to my son’s house. All seems a bit much so I asked at what time does our time and money, gas, and inconvenience come into factor. Can he just pick the food up to take to my children. He very rudely told me no because I’m eating others peoples food. To which I asked him for his name and instead of giving it he chose to hang the phone up on me. As you can see in the photos, none of the correct food on our receipt to which we did not care to eat because it’s not what we ordered. They could not have handled the situation worst. Zero care or respect for our time or business and the audacity to hang up the phone on me multiple times.

Worst experience at Chick-fil-A ever! The food is shit, going wayyyy downhill. Waited in line for 30 minutes. When we got home 28 minutes later realized we were missing a sandwich and all 3 fries were dumped. Called and they said they would replace. When I went to collect, the manager Shawn , refused!!! Asked to speak with GM and she hid and wouldn’t come out. Threatened to call police!!! I’m flabbergasted, I expected better from this so called “Christian establishment “

Easily a 5star fastfood restaurant. Not to mention 5 star hospitality. Went thru the drive thru twice today and everything was fresh and employees were super nice and said my pleasure a bunch. Good ole Chick-fil-A . And the spicy chicken deluxe slaps!
