Went through drive thru and ask for extra sauce, did not receive it. Gave me the order completely wrong and asked for Pepsi and they gave me Dr.pepper. Do they not listen at all?!? Not only that they took forever to give me my order just for everything to be wrong and one of the girls had an airpod on like girl you’re at work take the damn order correctly. Overall horrible service!

At night it’s the most disorganized, slowest Wendy’s in town.they take so long to take your order that cars drive around to the drive thru to order there instead. Meanwhile McDonald’s has everyone in and out in fast.

I’ve been to 3 different locations in the morning during the past week from between 7:00 and 8:30 AM, and even though it says it opens at 6:30, and there are people inside, the doors are locked and nobody will respond at the drive thru. I even tried to wave at people inside to ask them, but as soon as we make eye contact they turn away and pretend they don’t see me. I’m guessing they aren’t doing breakfast anymore.

We ordered food as soon as we got there, and we were gonna dine in, but the atmosphere of the place was horrible. I went with my girlfriend and 2 of the teen employees were just staring at my girlfriend in a very inappropriate manner. They made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable to the point where we didn’t even wanna wait for our food near them. Worst experience ever.

Wendy’s breakfast was different but good. The potato wedges, yummy – tender and flavorful. This potato wedges are better then the usual hash brown from other fast food restaurants. The square croissant -cute! I was actually expecting a croissant looking sand which. It was good, the croissant was warm and soft. The egg and sausage were good as well. It was just missing the cheese! I thought it came with cheese, guess not. Overall – I would go again for breakfast! Good job!

So I went thru the drive thru and I ordered a $6 biggie bag and as I’m almost finishing the sandwich I noticed there was mold on the bottom bun and I took it to them and they just laughed like idiots and the manager said I can’t do anything u already bite into it and I was like well can u at least refund my money and she’s said ok I’ll see what I can do and left then a worker comes to the window and says that the manager cannot return me the money that the only thing they can do is give me fries or a drink and I told them again I wanted my money back and they kept saying they cannot then I said well let me talk to the manager and the worker said she’s busy come back in like 2-3 hours and I said really she’s going to be busy for 3 hours and the worker said yes. The service there is horrible and when I went thru the drive thru and showed them the sandwich the manager and the workers just laughed bunch of clowns.

I’m writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the consistent issues at your Wendy’s location on San Bernardo in Laredo, Texas. What should be a quick and reliable experience has become an ongoing headache—this marks the fifth day in a row that something has gone wrong at this store.
Here’s a breakdown of what I’ve encountered:
• Day 1: The store was out of sodas.
• Day 2: The system was down due to updates, and no orders could be processed.
• Day 3: Once again, no sodas were available.
• Day 4: Shockingly, there were no burgers, no chicken, no Frostys, and the staff could only offer limited menu items.
• Today (Day 5): The store is not accepting credit or debit cards. While I was in the drive-thru attempting to place an order through the app (because like most people, I don’t carry cash), I was rudely told by an employee that I needed to move. There was no one behind me, and instead of showing patience or offering a solution, the employee was unhelpful and dismissive.
This level of service is not only unacceptable, it’s damaging to your brand. I’ve always chosen Wendy’s for the quality and consistency, but this location fails to deliver either.
I hope this message prompts a serious review of this store’s operations, staffing, and inventory management. Customers deserve better.
