Understaffed and overworked. Corporate should be ashamed. BECAUSE corporate chose to skeleton crew the place it took 8 minutes for 1 person to place an order in drive thru due to staffing. Left after waiting another 3 minutes for the 1 car at the screen who didn’t even place their order yet. Your short-staffing on multiple occasions has made me not go this location. The look of the workers frantically running around and never enough help makes me sick. Why would I support a place that visibly runs their workers to the ground? If you guys staff appropriately, maybe my business will return.

My original comments were not a “one off” based upon one experience.
It is most obvious the state of the operation is / was not isolated to this single experience – – – the place has been a hot mess for a long, long time.
No need to respond again.
Take some real interest in your business and your customers – – – as I can assure you (neither) will last without some serious commitments v words.

They suck here. Avoid this location at ALL costs. They always have the orders incorrect. My fiance bit into a raw chicken wing last night. This is unacceptable.
The staff always got an attitude as well. If they don’t like their job they need to find some place else or learn about customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This place deserves zero or even a negative rating.
I ordered the Signature Chicken and specifically chose white meat (breast and wings). What I received was the exact opposite — a mix of legs and wings, with no breast at all. That’s honestly ridiculous. I didn’t have time to argue about it on the spot, but this shows a very high level of irresponsibility.
I went through the drive-thru and placed an online order. When I arrived, I was told the order was not ready — and what made it worse was that it hadn’t even been started yet. I was asked to leave the drive-thru and go inside the restaurant instead.
On top of that, when I went inside and asked for simple sauces like ketchup or mustard, the employee handed me 11 packets of hot sauce instead, which felt like an attempt to brush me off rather than actually help. Is this supposed to be normal?
In short, I will never come back to this place.
Zero responsibility.

This place is a mess. For some reason they make you come inside for a drive-thru order, and then they tell you they don’t have some of the food you ordered. And offer no compensation or anything. Actually they just switched some of my food out without mentioning anything and hoped I wouldn’t notice.

Their offers are crap, we use to get a dine for 2 but now you can only get tenders as spicy or blacken, and you can’t pick what kind of tenders you want. Prices are getting out of control. Employees are nice and we like going there.

Had to talk to 3 people to order, got food by girl who didn’t talk. Opened the bag after getting home, my lady got grease from bottom of bag on her coat. The fries didn’t have a container. Cross contamination.pretty sure chicken was old and hope was cooked fully. Will never COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN AND TELLING ALL CONTACTS TO AVOID THIS PLACE. Should be shut down.

I dont know if under new management but the place was not very clean looking, the people were scream at each other and looked just pissed to be there and serve me. the drink machines were empty ect. did not feel comfortable being there. I have been going there since it first opened and it was nothing like it was at all. I do not think i will be back .
