We had an amazing night after our wedding! The room was beautiful and we slept really good. Then we came downstairs to redeem our breakfast voucher and when I tell you it was the best toast have ever had!
Our server was Mylik and he was a pleasure to have served us! He was very professional, kind, and a big people’s person. It was great to chat with him and the food was perfect!!! My husband and I would definitely come again just for the food. I had a pumpkin spiced iced latte (sorry Starbucks and Dunkin, but they had y’all beat) with their Toast Francaise. Carlos had a cappuccino with a Full American Breakfast. The food was too Teir one as well as the presentation !

My friends made a reservation here for my birthday brunch. It was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve ever had. Lizz was charming, attentive, and provided excellent service. All other staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I haven’t seen consistently amazing customer service like that in a long time. The food was absolutely fantastic! This will be a new special event staple for sure!

Could not be better. Premier service and premier quality food. Paige smiled and was helpful and most importantly got the custom order correct the first time- and again she smiled and made me feel at ease. I travel for business and am often disappointed or met with mediocrity- not here. The Terrace Grille is pro. So glad I chose this hotel, little things often matter most and the entire team is talented in this regard. Will visit again.

Stayed upstairs at the hotel, and are so glad we decided to eat here, too! The food and drinks are great, but the servers and staff are EXCELLENT! Rena and Lili took great care of us and made this an extra amazing experience. Also, the bread was the best we’ve had at any restaurant ever.

Honestly I can’t speak to the quality of the food. We. Had a reservation, as we walked in the hostess met us with a “hey”. Seemed kind of not interested. After we sat we remained at the table with no greeting. You expect me ti spend $150 on dinner for two and get lackluster service. Not even lackluster, the service didn’t exist! We left! Around the corner was Frescos! Great meal, great staff, fun lively place, for 1/3 the price! It’s a shame as Terrace Grille has lovely atmosphere! Sorry, due to poor service I can’t recommend it!
