Ordered my food online, showed up at the time it said it would be ready, they insisted that owed them more money than I paid. They figured it out eventually. I brought my food home. The food was ice cold. Not a single sandwich was correct, ketchup was added to everything and when I try to call them to address the situation no one answer the phone. Paying the prices we are paying for Sandwich I expect it to, at minimum, be correct and hot!

This was our 1st time here and it was so horrible we will not be coming back. The service was bad and they do not know how to make items on the menu. Nothing on this chicken sandwich was specified only wanted a regular chicken sandwich on the “gourmet” bun. More like a regular bun cut in half???? and this is what we got. We let them know and they did not care!!!

I used to get my burrito in the morning from here but today they got it wrong today I paid for the number two green chili with extra green chili and then I picked it up and left however I didn’t think I even got hardly any green chili in there at all I think every every person that pays for something extra she get what they’re looking for then I tried to call back I couldn’t even speak to a manager anybody a machine is all I get to speak to so that’s why I’m posting my review here I hope they change cuz it has been a pretty decent place to get breakfast a lot of other Blake’s lotaburgers they always make mistakes
