I received two different meals for my children that contained raw chicken thigh. The staff seem like they do not care when addressing the issue after calling the store. So not only a waste of time I have to drive all the way back up to the location. Good thing I bit one of the kids meals Because my children would have been eating raw meat. The manager seems to not care. The staff was being very rude and disrespectful. Once we approached the drive-through to bring the food back. She said the spicy chicken supposed to be red and cutting me off getting smart. I had to correct her and let her know I never ordered anything spicy. They did not apologize all they said was very blunt things and rushed me out their line

Sometimes the food is fresh, other times it’s not. There’s been times I asked for fresh chicken/jumbo dippers and all they did was refry the meat. Probably thought I couldn’t tell. And They don’t really give you large sides when you order large, which is not fair. It’s usually 2/3 full or a little less than that.

There was no one at the front counter, I ordered with someone through the kitchen window. I was told that the price for my order was $40, then was told a different price. My chicken wings were dry, old, bones were softened and it was overall unappetizing. Both of my mashed potatoes were watery and likely past freshness dates. Meal was NOT worth $30!

I bought what supposed to be a large order chicken dippers. That where Luke warm to say the least, smaller that a chicken nugget and dry. When I called to inform the store manager she said to bring them back without an apology. Not taking in consideration how far away I was. I bought the same thing Sunday and they were great but the gizzards were horrible and I was only a block away when I brought them back . That manager was apologetic which cause me to return tonight. Bad fried chicken and bad attitude I won’t be back.

This restaurant managers are disrespectful ! Just sold us some spicy chicken and swore its was Famous. I will find out who the district manager is, I ended up at another Lees where our oder was done correctly. A team is only as strong as their leader. Don’t visit here save your time and peace.

Make sure to count all the pieces of chicken in the box before you leave the place. They don’t give all the food item that was ordered. Ordered 20 pieces of fried chicken, was only given 15 pieces. While waiting for food, I could see the worker open the box and hear him told the person who prepared the chicken to removed some the chicken from the box.

Service was fast and staff was friendly. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and potato wedges. The wedges were great. They were hot, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The chicken sandwich had a soft toasted bun. The chicken was crispy on the outside and hard and dry on the inside. It was old or reheated, definitely not fresh. I have never been to that location and most likely never again.

They are always extremely friendly at this location. The food is good more often than not. I recommend this location if you have a hankering for chicken at a reasonable price. Also the pot pie is delicious.
