I do not do fine dining very often. I was here for a teacher conference, and we all went out to this place after looking into a reservation after seeing the Wizard of Oz. Everything was really great. The service was spot on, with all the waiters helping us order and knowing everything about the food. The food, as you can guess, was exceptional. I would expect that based on the price, but it did not disappoint. The ribeye was amazing, all the sides were fantastic, including the mac & cheese, the hand cut fries, the king pow cauliflower, and the broccolini, and the cream spinach. The people at my table also ordered the pasta and the pork chop and they both thought it was great. This is not somewhere I would go every day, but on special occasions it was fun.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck is very classy and absolutely perfect for a date night. They welcome you with a table-side Old Fashioned if you’d like one, which is a really nice touch. The service was super professional and on point from start to finish.
The bread basket was so good , especially the onion focaccia , and it comes with a small artichoke dip that’s delicious. We started with the tuna crisp, which was very tasty with subtle Asian flavors.
For mains, we ordered the filet mignon and the Australian ribeye, and both were excellent but the ribeye was especially outstanding. I ordered the bone marrow with the filet and the Armagnac pepper sauce. The bone marrow was good but not really necessary; however, the sauce was super yummy and definitely worth it.
The side dishes were amazing: the mashed potatoes were creamy, soft, almost like a mousseline, and the cauliflower had an Asian touch , fried with sweet and spicy flavors. Everything was great from beginning to end.

We had reservations, we arrived a bit early, and we were greeted & sat promptly. Our server was patient with us as we decided what to order. Drinks arrived right on time as did the apps and entrees. From start to finish, service was great, the food was great, and we would eat here again and again. My wife loved the crab cakes and my steak was cooked to perfection. Don’t get me started on the tempura onion rings…delish!

In terms of overall classic steakhouses, CUT is hands down my favorite in Las Vegas. It’s in a different league of steakhouses along with Bazaar Meat. Theres no gimmicks at CUT, just great food and perfectly prepared steaks.
The appetizers and salad are great. The steak is phenomenal, prepared perfectly with a great crust. But what takes it to the next level more than the steak already does is the amazing sides. Last time I went, I got the Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts, the Greenbeens, and the Onion Rings. This is the steakhouse you go to when someone in your group is a vegetarian because they will leave just as happy as you.
I have now been to CUT 3 times and every time has reminded me why I keep going back. Easily the best traditional steakhouse in Las Vegas. Everything is top-notch!

Had Australian wagyu and carrots. Wife had ribeye. All was delicious. Great bourbon selection. Dessert was fantastic. Service impeccable. Ambience nice. Spent $500 for two people w one drink ea.

Was in the mood for japanese wagyu and decided to give this place a try. From past wagyu experience, i knew the richness and fatness of the meat would be filling at 4 oz. Unfortunately the smallest portion on the menu was 6 oz and had to sinfully throw a piece away . The Ceviche appetizer was interestingly served and was very tasty. The wagyu itself was cooked to perfection and satisfying to the palate.

I don’t know what I’ve been doing in my life, but not coming to CUT until August 2025 was an enormous mistake! This place is quite possible, THE BEST steakhouse/dining experience in the city of Las Vegas. From the drinks, to the appetizers, to the entrees, to the desserts, you CANNOT go wrong with anything you order here. Ron…Ron if you ever see this, you my friend are a gentleman and a scholar! Ron is such a joy to be around. He is genuinely friendly, he wants you to enjoy your experience, and will be your best friend by the time you leave! Ron is a pillar at this establishment! Emily made the best table-side old fashioned I have ever had in my life! And Kim never let our cups of water reach the halfway point! Everything and everyone here is phenomenal! I still can’t believe how enjoyable our experience was! Thank you all at CUT in Venetian Las Vegas!

Cut by Wolfgang Puck strikes again. This place will not be beat when it comes to high quality service, high quality food, drink and dining experience, or with the high quality individuals who work there that make the atmosphere something you will not experience anywhere else! Jen took care of us and it was like long lost friends reunited! Dylan kept us hydrated! It seemed like when I took a few sips, my water magically reappeared, but no it was Dylan being very attentive yet not overbearing. Emily made another, what should be an award-winning, old fashioned at the table side that was amazing! And David made appearances throughout the evening checking in, making sure we were well taken care of, which we were. Every single staff member we encountered was professional yet down to earth, very classy yet personable, very respectful and very friendly. Whoever is in charge of locating and hiring staff at this establishment is doing a wonderful job! Such a lovely experience for my parents, my sister and my wife and I. Thank you to the staff at Cut in Venetian Las Vegas!
