The bread basket was so good , especially the onion focaccia , and it comes with a small artichoke dip that’s delicious. We started with the tuna crisp, which was very tasty with subtle Asian flavors.
For mains, we ordered the filet mignon and the Australian ribeye, and both were excellent but the ribeye was especially outstanding. I ordered the bone marrow with the filet and the Armagnac pepper sauce. The bone marrow was good but not really necessary; however, the sauce was super yummy and definitely worth it.
The side dishes were amazing: the mashed potatoes were creamy, soft, almost like a mousseline, and the cauliflower had an Asian touch , fried with sweet and spicy flavors. Everything was great from beginning to end.
The appetizers and salad are great. The steak is phenomenal, prepared perfectly with a great crust. But what takes it to the next level more than the steak already does is the amazing sides. Last time I went, I got the Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts, the Greenbeens, and the Onion Rings. This is the steakhouse you go to when someone in your group is a vegetarian because they will leave just as happy as you.
I have now been to CUT 3 times and every time has reminded me why I keep going back. Easily the best traditional steakhouse in Las Vegas. Everything is top-notch!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale yet inviting. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff clearly knew the menu inside and out. They suggested things off and on the menu!
Now, let’s talk about the food — absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was a masterclass in bold, savory flavors. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with a deep, rich flavor that spoke for itself. The sides were anything but an afterthought — the bone marrow flan was a standout, and even something as simple as the mashed potatoes were elevated to something special. From appetizer to dessert everything was done to perfection.
The CUT isn’t just about great steaks — it’s about a full sensory experience that leaves you satisfied and impressed. It’s clear they focus on quality ingredients and precise execution.

Cut by Wolfgang Puck strikes again. This place will not be beat when it comes to high quality service, high quality food, drink and dining experience, or with the high quality individuals who work there that make the atmosphere something you will not experience anywhere else! Jen took care of us and it was like long lost friends reunited! Dylan kept us hydrated! It seemed like when I took a few sips, my water magically reappeared, but no it was Dylan being very attentive yet not overbearing. Emily made another, what should be an award-winning, old fashioned at the table side that was amazing! And David made appearances throughout the evening checking in, making sure we were well taken care of, which we were. Every single staff member we encountered was professional yet down to earth, very classy yet personable, very respectful and very friendly. Whoever is in charge of locating and hiring staff at this establishment is doing a wonderful job! Such a lovely experience for my parents, my sister and my wife and I. Thank you to the staff at Cut in Venetian Las Vegas!
