Unfortunately, many of the employees seem unable to prepare beverages consistently. Each time I order the same drink, it tastes different. Consistency and proper training in beverage preparation would greatly improve the overall experience.

I just got to say that Shane and the team do a great job in making a guest feel welcome and the gratitude they show makes anyone’s day start off better. Excellent teamwork behind the counter and even long lines do not seem to dampen the sense of team. Great atmosphere, friendly faces, and a top notch staff – what a terrific combination!

Rude doesn’t start to cover it. Argumentative. Had an issue because I asked for an item that was literally pictured on the menu. People should learn basic customer service skills. Keila needs to be trained or retrained. She had plenty of pep and nice attitude with her coworkers – maybe just tell her that customers matter equally.

Great looking place. I like how it looks inside. So neat and clean. I only had a chocolate milk and bagel but it was very tasty. (made me super thirst however) Has outdoor Seating as well. Team members all seemed happy to be there.

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered the same drink I always get. It has always been about $6, but today I was told it was $8.20! The first worker kindly adjusted it back to $6, but then another employee jumped in with a very rude attitude, saying, “Um no, charge her $8. We just changed a few things.” The way she said it was completely unprofessional, like she owned the place.
I don’t mind paying for my drink, but I do expect consistency and respect. The staff here made me feel like I was in the wrong for questioning a sudden $2+ price jump. Extremely disappointing experience. This store needs better customer service training. I won’t be back.

Delicious as always! Though I Wish they were paid better so I didn’t have to pay 16.5% more every time I buy a Chai Latte. $6.07 + $1.00 = 16.48% tip per visit. Otherwise, it’s great!

The employees are always very kind, greeting me as I walk inside the door, patient with drink orders, and just very courteous in general. I always choose to go to this specific location when I’m visiting Florida because the atmosphere is really nice and they treat me well. It’s a great place to sit and chill as well. The drinks are made quickly and are always very good.
