My organization catered Batulos for a large event. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. They were very responsive to any and all concerns. I sincerely appreciated them also bringing extra trays to have for burners and keeping the food warm. The food itself was delicious and for a 90+ person event, the food was enough and people were raving it about for days after. A really great option for any event but especially for halal catering. I’m so appreciative of how attuned they were to responding and adjusting to last minute day-of changes and details.

I got to try Batulo’s kitchen at the Concord WinterFest and it was absolutely wonderful! I tried both the chicken sambusa and the beef sambusa. The chicken was my favorite, but both were delicious. Service was fast and friendly.

I ran across this food truck at a crafts fair in Tilton NH and ordered the veggies and rice, hoping for some interesting ethic preparation. The rice had a little something (butter?), but the veggies clearly were just a can of Del Monte Mixed Vegetables dumped on top of the rice – no sauce/seasoning/flavor.
Perhaps the lesson is to stick to their fried foods, or to not order things that are not pictured on the menu.

As always…AMAZING! The beef sambusa are out of this world and I’m not sure how to fully articulate how you can make potatoes taste so amazing, but you’ve found the secret ❤️❤️❤️ a great addition to the Concord community ❤️
