The experience my husband and I had here was amazing!! It was so much fun and the food was really good. It is a bit pricey but in our opinions worth it. The waiter we had was so much fun too sadly I cant remember his name though. But we got to chatting about some other food places and told him he should de delucas pizza and we really hope he went! He also got me to try the espresso martini and it was SOO good!

My sister and I went to celebrate a new job and just having another sister date. David was our server and he was very nice and helpful and cheerful. He was very informative and joked around with us and kept it lively. The food was great as always we got the 4 course meal for 2. The cheese fondue was delish and the salad was very fresh and had generous portions. The shrimp, salmon, beef, and chicken was seasoned perfectly and the broth David suggested to go with it paired great. The dark chocolate fondue was really why we were there lol. It was the highlight of our night! 10/10 we will be coming back on Thursdays now when theres the happy hour going on!

Crème took the best care of us I have ever seen in a waitress, definitely hyping up the food and telling us what she loves. She was very interactive, helping us celebrate my family opening up a business and my wife having a child. She got us a custom Oreo cheesecake she made her self with care and chocolate covered strawberries as a gift. The sweetest gesture I’ve ever received to celebrate the occasion. I recommend her to anyone who made my first experience perfect.

I could not have been more disappointed. There was of 5 total tables sat when we went for our reservation. Our waiter… if you can call him that, was waving his long diamond studded fingernails at my 3 year old and asking if he liked them. Created awkward conversation and shouldn’t have to explain that to a 3 year old. Service was lacking…they didnt make the cheese or the chocolate fresh and just brought out pre made bowls that were sub par. The cheese was broken and tasted like it was made hours before hand. The dinner took 2.5 hours to eat because of the terrible service. This place needs new management and new servers. Drove 1.5 hours for a treat/celebration and all I got was bad food…bad service and awkward conversation. Save your money or go to simply fondue….but don’t go here until serious changes are made.

We had an excellent experience thanks to our waiter, Rob. From the moment we were seated, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They checked on us often without being intrusive and made great recommendations that turned out to be perfect.
Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just the way we wanted, and the entire experience felt smooth and enjoyable. Rob’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly elevated our visit.
If you come here, definitely ask for Rob —you won’t be disappointed!

Attended during the Valentine’s day specials and wow! I have never tried fondue before and even though the whole experience was quite expensive, it was SO worth it!!!
Cream was our server and my gosh! She earned every single penny! She was incredibly delightful for the entire 3.5 hour experience and she helped us through every decision with excitement! She truly made the whole experience even more memorable! (The tip was automatically charged so she would’ve gotten it whether she was good or not)
But that speaks volumes for her attention to detail! She was gonna get the money either way and still made us feel special on our special day and worked hard!
As for the food, it was incredibly delicious! We chose to do the lovers table and the ambience was perfect!
We were secluded and treated like royalty. I would highly recommend this dining experience for any couple and if you go the Arlington location, ask for Cream!

We had a wonderful dinner at the Melting Pot in Arlington! Louis was our server and he was fantastic! We had the special Melting Pot 50th Anniversary meal and we enjoyed every course. The set-up of the restaurant was very nice with private booths and low lighting.
