We had Cupbop for our 1st time for dinner. And can I say delicious the bowls were very filling. We also had a korean corndog and that may be something to order in store. We had delivery and it was very mushy but my grandson still enjoyed it. We will definitely eat here again.

Firstly, I love the food here. I’ve been eating here since this location opened. However, there is a blatant problem with consistency. If I ever order for delivery I usually receive something with a mistake (missing ingredient), totally understand not that big of a deal, but you would maybe expect to receive the same quality that you get in store, if not for travel mishaps during delivery. Lately, there has been an inconsistency with sauce and portion. Either too much or too little (important to note that I always get the same thing). Today though I ordered in store, hardly any sauce and halfway through I noticed an abundance of black pepper (see photo). Again, I really love the food here, but it’s frustrating how poor the consistency of service is.

Great flavors, really just need to make a choice around the proteins and spice level. For protein, I went with Rock & Piggy (Combo bop), both were great. Service is friendly but they stay busy cranking out to go orders. It’s a great new fast casual concept. Love it!

I only gave a 1 star because I ordered online and they only gave me half my order ): the food was so good but really disappointed on how they forgot half my order. We ordered 2 of each Korean corn dogs

We tried CupBop for the first time today and we were definitely not disappointed!! The gal working the front asked if it was our first time and when she learned it was she gave us the download on everything. She was so kind and professional and really made the experience great! The food was pretty good. Definitely fast food/assembly line lukewarm, which took away from the overall taste, but otherwise we were pleasantly happy with everything. We each got two different proteins so we could try a little bit of everything. The rock, and the katsu were our favorite. I liked the crunch of the cabbage in the bowl. We live out of state, and will most definitely be back when we visit, but don’t think this would be a regular meal if we lived locally.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Lots of different meat and sauce options in a rice bowl type format. Staff were kind and helpful. Very professional. Place is clean.

Very surprised at the service. Whoever the girl is with the dark red hair, in a pony tail, covering her name tag is, had a terrible attitude and shouldn’t be working front desk. She never smiled, seemed annoyed, and too busy to deal with customers, despite there being only 2 people in the restaurant. My shy 11 year old was kinda quiet, and I needed to repeat her order. Instead of saying, excuse me, or repeat that, she said, “what?!” In an aggressive tone. My kid ended up ordering the wrong drink and sauce on her noodles because she was too afraid to change her mind. Then, we had to wait on the tofu… no problem… but it was a very uncomfortable wait. It took a while and she never said anything to us.. while she stood 2 feet in front of us doing something.. she had already tied up the bag and we began to wonder if we were even waiting on anything, or just standing there looking stupid. Finally, when then tofu was done, she went to the back to get it and said something to another female worker about what she did, and gave her a dirty look and attitude. She did something with the tofu and put in on the bowl and slid it over to me, where I packed it up, myself. Meanwhile, another young man walked in, and she wasn’t any friendlier to him. Her demeanor really made the environment uncomfortable. Not a good impression on customers excited to try your food.
