Nice server but with a long wait for our food. The store was cold inside couldn’t take our coats off. No seats available in rear away from door. No manager stopped by the table as advertised

We went to Olga’s on a week night because I had read that they just introduced gluten-free wraps for their Olga sandwiches. I had the traditional Olga, which I hadn’t had in YEARS because of the gluten allergy. The wrap itself was tasty, and I was delighted to have an Olga sandwich. Was it as good as I remember their original bread?? Not. Even. Close. But, that’s because Olga bread might be the best bread on earth! I also don’t want to downplay how grateful I am to have the gluten-free option so I can dine there and get a sandwich. It’s wonderful. And, we will be back! I still miss that soft, cushiony bread though! My husband had the chicken shawarma bowl, which he really loved. He said the combination of ingredients was on point!

The restaurant was not busy, so there was really no excuse. My husband ordered coffee, it arrived lukewarm and old. My husband never sends anything back and will consume just about anything, so for him to send it back it had to be REALLY bad. When the server brought back the supposedly freshly brewed coffee, he said it was still bad.

I ordered broccoli soup with an additional side of snackers with the almond cheese, what I got was lukewarm soup with a lots of old, hard snackers. The cheese was good so I didn’t complain, I didn’t see the point.

It took a really long time to get our sandwiches, so I asked for a refill of my rootbeer without ice. I was brought a Pepsi with ice. She did eventually recognize her error, and brought the correct drink several minutes later.

I ordered a Three Cheese Olga, my sandwich was almost cold when I got it and the cheese was hard. There was a really hard, dried out chunk of cheese on one end of the sandwich that was inedible.

All of the other restaurants in the area had full parking lots and looked busy. After eating at this Olga’s I can see why the restaurant was almost empty. We will choose one of the restaurants with full parking lots in AnnArbor next time, there are literally hundreds of other choices in the area. We will certainly never visit this Olga’s again.

Dropped in for a quick bite at a Michigan favorite. completely redone with a detroit twist. Clean, vibrant and cozy place, honoring Detroit born and bread attire. A nod to its own greek and middle eastern inhabitants. Loved the new zing bowls, chicken schwarma along with the classic snackers. Keep this on your list of favorites.

The Olgas Snackers were a bit undercooked and didn’t have a lot of seasoning. Then I had the Three Cheese Olga it was good, but some parts of it were undercooked as well. Also had the seasoned fries, which were a bit cold and had no seasoning at all.

Wow! We just attended the Olga’s on Washtenaw with our 3-year-old and 4-year-old in tow. We received the most attentive service from all staff, especially our server, Emma. The food was great, but the service really set our experience apart. We will definitely return!

I grew up in central IL and we had an Olga’s that I loved to go to as a kid. I couldn’t believe that Olga’s is a Detroit franchise. I was so happy to find that!
I had such an amazing dining experience here. The food was just as I remember and it was so special!

Walked in at 3:00 pm on a Tuesday afternoon hoping to be seated for a late lunch. Waitress saw me, bussed a table, then proceeded to stand around doing nothing. I stood there like an idiot for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted and/or seated. No greeting. No reception. No people!
Skip this place. Go someplace where employees do their jobs.
