Mana Restaurant in Rahway is an absolute gem! I’ve been here three times already, and every single visit has been consistently amazing. The food is outstanding and full of authentic flavor. I’ve ordered the beef empanadas multiple times, the filling is incredibly delicious and perfectly seasoned, and the empanada itself has the most satisfying crunch.
I’ve also tried the buñuelos, which are freshly made on the spot, and they are absolutely phenomenal, warm, fresh, and so comforting. The pan de bono is another favorite of mine: crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and just so good. And I have to mention the coffee is a 10/10! Smooth, rich, and the perfect complement to everything.
Beyond the food, the owner truly makes this place special. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I actually travel over an hour to come here, and it’s 100% worth it, I’ve already come back multiple times and will continue to do so.

we ordered coffee while waiting and we were not expecting much but pleasantly surprised that it was really good… also ordered the jamaican and colombian empanadas… although both were good i prefer the colombian version… ordered bandeja paisa tradicional and it was also good although the chicharrones skin was a bit tough and not crispy… will be a goto for a quick colombian food…

Maná has some seriously delicious food. Their empanadas and chicharrón are really good. The arepas were super soft. The service was great, super friendly and fast. I’d honestly love to eat here again if it were a bit cooler inside, but for now I’ll probably stick with takeout until they crank up the A/C.

Went in for lunch.. the staff were friendly and courteous. Ordered steak with yellow rice, lentils and maduros. The food was so delicious and also had good portion. Highly recommend this place!

It was enough that I’ll be back to try an entrée and then I’ll know if it’s worth my time and money, whenever I pass through again.

Awesome local spot! I got a little bit of everything – yellow rice, beans, pernil, maduros, a Colombian empanada. I forgot to get a picture of my order because I ate it all so fast. The food was delicious and I love their hot sauce too! The staff was also very friendly. I’ll definitely be back again to try more of their entrees!

First time came in late but I can tell you the food was still delicious . The only thing that was good but not my favorite was the chicken empanadas, it’s just a different seasoning that I’m use to. But over all very clean, great customer service. Give it a try. Sorry about the pic I was starving ♀️

Very delicious new spot! I had the BBQ pork ribs and they are amazing. Fresh pit fire taste. Service is also very good, staff is very friendly and genuine! The Colombian empanadas are also really good. Would definitely recommend for their BBQ options!
