You can’t go wrong when you wanna feel your youths nostalgia. Food is okay, the mozzarella sticks are actually really good and I don’t know why but I got a lobster roll. I Asked for light dressing and it came over dressed. The lobster itself was okay. You Definitely Can get a better roll for twenty five dollars somewhere else

The food is always hot and fresh. Orders are always correct. I wish they had a larger menu since they only really have appetizer type food on the menu. I don’t like the burgers since they use frozen or boiled patties which are pretty rubbery. It’s a great place to order from for an afternoon snack.

Maybe it’s my own fault for a pick up order but would think that they’d put ketchup or just anything on these . Quality of the patty is nothing like I remember as well. Disappointed I’m out and about and have to just eat these entirely plain. I figured there would be some ketchup packets in the bag or something since they staple it shut for pick up. This definitely wasn’t worth $18

Initially I was going to give this place a very bad review. Let me tell you why, I was there with my 5 year old grandson and we were left waiting for a good 45 minutes. They were short staffed and it was pretty busy. Waiting to be seated I became very frustrated and my grandson was getting anxious, well 45 minutes later we are asked what we wanted, very aggressive I stated we are waiting to be seated. The manager began to apologize profusely, he stated that he did not know I was waiting to be seated. The manager (Jose) comped our whole meal. Again very apologetic and then the waitress came over and apologize as well. Very sincere I couldn’t help but to change my mind about this Friendly’s. They were great!

Overall good experience. I like the burgers, salads, and ice cream. Staff has always been nice. Only critiques would be to improve consistency of sizes for salads; seems like some salads are significantly larger than others in some to go orders.

my friend andI just wanted. a quick lunch we ordered the senior grilled cheese and fries, fries were very good hot and crisp butbthe grilled cheese …they toasted 2 slices of bread like in a toaster and slapped 2 pieces of cheese in middle , grilling at all it was barely even warm , cheese not melted , we didn’t send it back as we were in a hurry and hungry

I’m a fan of Friendly’s.
We got the honey BBQ chicken wings (with bone), onion rings, a cob salad, corkscrew mac and cheese, and mini ice cream cones.
They have a kids’ menu with a Little Kids page and a Big Kids page.
The service was great. Calm and friendly, attentive without being overwhelming. Perfect balance.
It was quiet when we went so it was nice and relaxing.
I really enjoyed everything.

My son picked Friendly’s for my birthday today. It’s a little bit of a drive for us with evening traffic but I said ok. We were sat within minutes but waited 25 minutes to be greeted by the same server that sat us. We almost left but the server came right at my “if no one comes over we’ll go” time. She took our whole order and we asked that my sons food come out first since he was already complaining he was hungry. Maybe 15 min later the server came back asking if we thought we would be ordering ice cream. My son had a kids meal that comes with it so I would have thought the answer was obvious but said yes. She also had a check in her hand that Im really hoping was for another table since we didn’t even have our food yet. 25-30 min after ordering all the food came out (including my sons food and app). We ordered a burger, honey bbq chx melt, kids chx fingers and mini mozz sticks. Our server didnt come and check on us until about another 30 min later when we were done and had been waiting for boxes and to order ice cream. We ordered my sons ice cream to go because we just couldn’t stand it anymore. Me and my husband have worked in hospitality (me for about 15 years and him over 20 years) so we try to give servers extra grace but it was not busy enough for this type of service. The food was ok but the amount of time was a lil much for what we got. We will not be back.
Update 10/15/25: I emailed the person they told me to on Oct 3rd and still have not heard back. Goes right along with the customer service we received in the restaurant….none.

Went for ice cream which was okay. They do have very good hot fudge. Everything else about the visit is just okay. Nostalgia, I think, keeps us going back more than anything.
