I really like this place. The service and food was good. They don’t play their music too loud. The sanitation rating is 95.5 (A).
Their buffalo wings have a bbq twang to them, very good. And the ranch is excellent.

Mom & pop restaurant southern style.
Portions are nice, prices are fair, service is good, but I didn’t like my dish which was the barbecue plate. The mashed potatoes tasted funny, and both the green beans and the barbecue meat were too salty.
I have been trying to go to local restaurants, but I won’t return there.

The service was good and friendly, and I loved the pork chops. They serve breakfast all day which is great. It’s an older, diner-style place with dark woods and dark carpet. My only criticism is the choice of cool-toned LED bulbs in their chandeliers that, to me, felt florescently garish and lit the place oddly, making it somewhat hard to see. We were there at night, so there was no sunlight coming in the windows, which would have made a difference. Personal preference, but I think it would feel more inviting if the bulbs were warm toned. Still worth going for the food and service though.

Let me say this the waitress that I had was amazing because of her exceptional Hospitality I will go back but there was one older looking lady there with dark brown or short black hair that wanted to be disrespectful. She went to each table asking if they needed anything skip my table twice went to the table before me beside me skip me and went to the table after me that’s why I gave the score that I gave only because of her. Save your anger because I will be back because the food was amazing and I hope I get the same waitress that I had that actually served me. Shame on you lady!!!! Sorry if my black skin offended you. I hope God heal you from that anger!

My first visit to this location. I had a country breakfast, complete w/country ham. Had to feed the craving.
It was delicious. But, next time I’ll order toast or waffle, instead of a biscuit with my meal.
It was my waitress’s first day there, but not her first day serving folks. So grateful for folks like her.

Not sure where to begin…It looks like this restaurant has not seen a renovation since the 1960’s. It’s ridiculously old inside, and feels super cheap (yet the prices don’t reflect that). Cleanliness is left for your imagination. Almost everything is torn or broken (seats, tables, side rails, windows sills, etc). Mop buckets left unattended between the kitchen and the restrooms. I’m really shocked this is still in business. I’m new to the area, so maybe this restaurant has some history or sentimental value for the locals that I’m unfamiliar with, so I’m thinking that’s the only reason anyone would want to go back here, but even though I like to give restaurants at least two tries before I review, this is the first time I can’t do it. It is THAT disgusting inside, and you couldn’t pay me to eat again here. I feel somewhat guilty to leave this review as I’m a huge proponent of small businesses, but I can’t do this to my fellow Americans who just want a good bite. I would say, stay hungry if this is the only option you have.
PS: even though I was 99% we were going to have food poisoning, a couple of days went by and we’re all OK, that’s the only good thing here.

Great prices and portions on down home, comfort food that is seasoned. This is like my fourth time visiting and I haven’t been disappointed yet. The place is always busy with minimal wait for a table.

The waitresses and hostess were so, so sweet. I was with my aunt and her grandchildren, and her 2-yr-old great-grandson was flirting with the staff. Those ladies were so sweet with him and doted on him. It was great! And the food was delicious. The chicken salad was really good, and our little one liked the chicken strips and fries.

Ordered a club sandwich with no tomato’s over the phone. The young lady who took my order even repeated it to me. I picked up my food and did not open it to check which may be my fault yes, but then an hour later when my boyfriend went to eat his lunch at work he discovered there was tomatoes. I was treated in such a descending matter about the situation as if it was my fault and was told a bunch of bs about a manager policy on refunds. I am very disappointed as this was my first time here and I wanted to try to eat more locally but I will not be back. Even the cup my sweet tea was given in advertises to eat local. How can you expect people to want to eat local with McDonald’s level customer service? Picture added for proof since the employee wanted to treat me as if I was lying! LOL

Atmosphere of after church eatery, wait time for a party of five, ten minutes. Ordered our food, started a conversation, and food was being brought to the table. Fast, friendly, delicious food! Steak and eggs, French toast, eggs bacon, pancakes and bacon, darn brain fart cannot remember what my other two ordered! Our family of five (three adults, two teens) cost us under $65, including tax and tip, reasonable.
