I pick up food from this location often, and the staff is always great and friendly. Even during busy times, they do their best to be helpful, attentive, and quick with orders. The food is consistently good, and I really appreciate the effort they put into maintaining great customer service. Parking and getting out onto Hendersonville Rd can be a bit tricky, but that’s no fault of the store itself. In a time when customer service at fast food restaurants has gone downhill, it’s refreshing to see a team that still takes the time to be polite and kind. Keep it up!

These employees need to be more careful when assembling food. I order a simple cheese quesadilla and there’s a smattering of lettuce shreds, which makes me gag. If I want a cheese quesadilla, I don’t want anything else but cheese.

One of THE worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. The night manager has no business being a manager if he can’t accept complaints. I was missing something but I chocked it up to them having more than 2 customers and I didn’t check my bag. However, the nuggets were dry, discolored, and inedible. Also I ordered a burrito with no chipotle sauce. I don’t like the flavor, but my burrito was LOADED with it.I tried explaining to the manager what my issues were. I stated my problems. I pulled to the window and said 1 missing item, I get it, y’all are busy plus I should have counted my items. But I have no way of checking INSIDE an item. And whomever boxed the nuggets should be retrained. He said “I can refund your money or remake what you need. But if you can’t STFU you can Fing leave my drive thru!” I wanted what I ordered and paid for, made the way I ordered it. If this manager can’t take complaints and resorts to telling people to STFU, he doesn’t need to be in management. I said well reading comprehension is important.

Every time I get an order after 5pm it’s always terrible. I don’t know if the good manager leaves at 5 or what. But I always get wrong drinks, wrong order, nasty food and items missing. But if I get my order before 5 it’s perfect.

I order doordash from this location about once a month.They may be OK for regular pickup but they act like doordash customers aren’t paying even more for the food. They make doordash wait long than regular customers so the food is always cold/ watered down drinks from melted ice and anything thats free they leave out. I thought it was accidental at first but its been a year of me never getting the sauces I specified in the order. Literally not once in a year have they included my sauces and half the time they dont even include straws for the drinks. Its like they are trying to improve their budget by leaving out things that doordash doesnt do refunds over. I bet the manager got a nice christmas bonus. I’ve talked to them about this multiple times and now I’m going to corporate.

I stop by this location a few times a week. The young lady that was in drive through this morning was amazing. She treated me with a smile, asked me how sweet I like my coffee. normally I just get it how ever they make it, no special instructions. It was nice because she genuinely cared about my opinion. When I told her it was good she was giddy and smiled. Such a pleasant encounter. We need more people with her customer service. I work fast food and would gladly have her on my team.

The food was pretty good once we got it. We ordered on the kiosk and took a seat waiting for my name to be called. Well 20 minutes go by and nothing. My wife went up to ask about our food and it was sitting on a table with the other door dash pick up orderes. Clearly stated dine in on the receipt stapled to it. Our food was cold, we didn’t get napkins or spoon/fork to eat the potatoes with. Finally got everything and sat down to eat to only have the janitor guy to mosey over and stand two feet away from our table sweeping under our chairs as we’re trying to eat. I usually go through the drive thru and never have a problem. Guess I’ll go back to that.
Edit: Dinned in at lunchtime 3/7/26 and the difference was night and day from my last visit. The food was prepared correctly and fast and everyone was nice. Maybe lunch shift can give a few pointers to the dinner shift.

I swear everything’s smaller at this Taco Bell. I live next door and debate driving an extra 25 minutes just to go to a different Taco Bell every time.
$10 and my 5 layers are mostly tortillas also fix ur damn curb.. Employees are hard working and professional but management why are we skimping on refried beans?? My burritos always look pathetic.

My tacos were so old and cold that they were soggy and actually stuck to the paper. The burrito supreme was tiny and mostly flour tortilla. Worst Taco Hell ever! Hendersonville Road, South Asheville, NC. I want our $21 back, couldn’t even eat the food.
