The worker here was beyond rude. I understand that i placed a drive thru order and i physically came in the store. I told the young girl that came up to me (black and blue hair) that i accidentally placed an order through drive thru and if i can pick it up here (in store). I showed her THE APP WITH MY CODE AND ORDER. she walked away. she must’ve been new. i was waiting for a few minutes. didn’t complain or anything. this guy working there is asking if placed the order and i said yes he instantly starts talking over me saying. well it’s a mobile order that’s for the drive thru. thats for the drive thru. and talking over me and the proceeds to walk away. that’s insane to me to start going in on somebody without getting all the information. i literally explained to the girl i accidentally placed it through drive thru and if i can pick it up here… i showed him the same damn screen. i told him that he didn’t need to be rude about it and i completely understand that i did that. but i explained it to her and he wanted to keep being rude. i personally don’t know what is going on there. but thats the second bad experience.

Had a 2 cheeseburger meal and in both sandwiches Half of bottom bun squished flat and partially missing. Too much ketchup the quality was poor, did t even taste as good, had better previously. I want a refund.

Absolutely nightmare of a place. Placed a pick up order prior to coming in. Was waiting for 15 minutes. 4 employees asked me what my order was and they said they couldn’t find it. It was for the correct location. What do you mean you can’t find it? Make the order. After 20 stressful minutes of my time wasted I got an order that wasn’t even mine. Absolutely pathetic. I ordered pick up because I have places to be and it’s supposed to be fast and convenient. Well not at this location. Employees had no idea what was going on.

This was so bad I asked for two spicy mc chickens and they gave me a ten piece chicken nugget and charged me extra how do you get that confused. And I saw a girls braids go into somebody’s ice cream very disgusting and they didn’t even give me a receipt they just threw it away with out asking terrible service. Don’t come here. This place deserves 0 stars. And the place wasn’t even full so how do they mix my stuff up.!!!??

The morning crew is downright rude, unprofessional, and disgruntle to DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub drivers. We may as well be invisible. I’m not looking to be buddies, however we all have a job to do. Please don’t pretend to be busy when you see us standing there for some 5 to 7 minutes!!! We all have a job to do, so let’s do our best to be kind to one another!!!

I came here to eat and when I went to the bathroom they had no soap and when I told them they did nothing and I had to get my fiance to go to the men’s bathroom to get me some soap to wash my hands. Then an older woman proceeded to tell them the same thing and they still did nothing. I will not be eating here no more I’m afraid they don’t wash their hand when touch my food and other peoples food. The sitting area is disgusting and unkept.

Went thru drive thru. Food was hot and fresh. Chicken sandwich was just made and fries were hot and cooked in newer oil so had good flavor.

They charge me for sauces, then proceed to give me the wrong sauces like come on man you’re gonna charge me for a “premium” sauces n then give me the wrong ones. If you see the employee it’s a young man with a “goatee” I’ll be sure to update this review with a photo of him in the coming days. Should have known better to when I said have a good day n he didn’t respond back gotta love it

I’m absolutely disgusted. I have been going to this McDonald’s for a few months and have not experienced this before (to my knowledge). I open my meal and see someone has taken a bite out of my food and placed it in the box. When calling the general manager she simply stated that can’t happen here because we don’t allow our employees to eat while they work on the food line. When asked how they could possibly keep an eye on their employees at all times to see if they take a bite out of food she said she’s constantly watching them. That is not the case obviously. I told her I don’t want a refund and don’t have time to return my food because I’m only given an hour break with 20min of that time spent commuting. She said she will check the cameras and apologized, but did not seem genuine. I want what everyone else wants, health guidelines put in place, especially during a pandemic. This is ridiculous and everyone should reconsider eating at this McDonald’s.
