Ordered for my dinner tonight at work, door dashers forgot my food and never delivered it. I called and Brayden (I think was his name) was so nice and offered to deliver it himself after his shift. I just went and picked it up instead since I was only a minute away. They also remade my food fresh. The whole front counter crew tonight was so kind and understanding. I <3 tullahoma CFA.

Drive Thru customer. Ordered food and there was silence from the person taking the order. They didn’t ask my name or tell me the total or confirm my order. Waited in silence until I said hello do you need my name? I was ask my order again and told to drive up. I told her my name and proceeded to the pick

I love to visit my old town of Tullahoma. I love the kindness & helpfulness of the employees. Manchester location same. All have been especially kind to my autistic son. Love the place. As a Levite, I just ask corporate to look for ways to keep great tasting foods minus any unhealthy or questionable extras. So much is right about the company. Ty & may God bless.

I almost consistently get given different food from what I’ve ordered at the Tullahoma Chick-Fil-A. My most recent order really has me losing trust in this store specifically, because I have not experienced these accidents at any other location. Attached is a photo of the market salad I was given in place of a southwest salad. This CFA needs to do a little better checking their orders, because this is often an issue here and something I have started to expect from this location.

Curbside is awful! By the time they come out you could’ve just gone through the drive thru so what’s the actual point of their ordering ahead? Also is the food made before I get there like it says because I sit up to 20 minutes waiting on my order to come out and that’s even when they’re not busy. It’s ridiculous. Do better. Managers need to do better instead of some wild off the wall excuse, basically putting blame on everyone but them and their staff.

Prices are really good and low for what you get. The food is genuinely really good and the quality is awesome and with the prices being relatively low! The service is also super fast and incredibly friendly. I got a crispy deluxe chicken sandwich with fries and a drink… little over $9! Everywhere else that’s at least a $10-$13…. I absolutely loved everything about the experience and the friendly people there.

This used to be a great stop while we shopped in town, today their customer service was severely lacking which was such a surprise. We ordered the new peppermint shake and coffee, waited with several others for over 20mins. I got my fries first and then after we had eaten them, I asked a young man who appeared to be a order runner and possibly manager- he very curtly let me know they were behind with milkshakes. Another 10mins went by and several people were starting to stand by the counter and a manager woman stepped out and yelled at us all that they were working on shake orders and it would be a minute. Then she proceeded to yell at someone to start making shakes. I don’t know if she didn’t think we heard that? It was 1:02 when I got my fries, and it was 1:23 when we got the peppermint shake and coffee, and not together- staggered delivery. Again, the young man was very curt when he brought those out. I hope they can figure out how to manage during a busy season when milkshakes are the featured item! Everything was delicious but the timing and service might need some training or support.

Very smoothly ran Chick Fil A. Two lines going at all times, which is needed due to the large amount of traffic. Two lines ans they could use a few more. Service is always great and food is chock fil a yummy!
