I love me some Waffle House. So anytime I’m in Richmond VA I make sure to stop by one. I love the plain waffle or chocolate chip waffle. I usually get eggs with toast on the side. This time I tried the steak sandwich. It was pretty good I truly enjoyed it. Definitely coming back soon 10/10 highly recommend.

It was strange to eat at Waffle House during the day and actually seeing a full staff.
It was refreshing to see everyone having a good time, cooking, serving, and enjoying the music. The moral started off great.
The food was good as always. My only complaint was ordering an Arnold Palmer and paying for a container of lemonade, but only getting half of it to mix with the tea. The atmosphere made up for the difference, so all is well.

Waffle House was rockin! The two guys on the grill were a hoot…loud and incessant and it was a blast. Our server was sweet as pie and very attentive. Wife loved her biscuit and my sausage/hash brown bowl was delicious. These folks know what they’re doing!

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. I haven’t had Waffle House in years. The food is still good just like I remember. Of course the signature waffle is always a hit!! 10/10 my waitress Tamara was the bomb she should me southern hospitality. Tamara should be recognized for her service. This waffle house was kool and peaceful the food came out the way it was supposed to and the waitress was made kool. Food was cooked well and was hot when it came to the table we had no complaints about the food or service from this location

Love Waffle House. This a a very small location, just a few table and unfortunately the counter is closed down to Covid. Needed a quick breakfast before work. Got a small smothered and covered hash rows with grilled cheese with added tomato. Everything was great. Their grilled cheeses are always nice and crisp and always have good tomatoes. Can never go wrong with there Hashbrowns! My waitress seemed preoccupied with something else. Had to ask for my drink and sweetener 3 times. Finally she just dropped a handful on the table. I had my food for about 5 minutes and she dropped my check off. She wasn’t mean or anything, just seemed to care less. Its waffle House, you should know what your in for, good greasy food!

Now I will say this first… I am not a fan of Waffle House because they are usually dirty and reek of old mops with moldy bleach.
I can honestly say that Tuesday night was a great experience. It was quite and on staff was Keith the cook, Dolly and Jasmine. Everyone took the time to make sure my food came out right.
Keith was soft spoken and had a passion for cooking. When he wasn’t cooking this man was cleaning something.
The only complaint I have was the tables in on a slow night were dirty. The cook needs to be aware of touching raw food then grabbing cooked toast or toppings with the same had he just cracked and egg with or touched raw meat.
I would suggest to have a server in help plating the non grilled items. All in all I would say this is one of the better WH is Richmond. …at least on a Tuesday night after 9:30pm lol

They closed the dining room a full hour before the posted and advertised time. More than that they locked the door, meaning the patrons that were already inside had to ask a staff member to unlock the door so that they could exit. Those who were outside were rudely told that they had to order from the window,but then ignored when they tried to do so. I know waffle House was never five star dining, but somehow they have managed to take the bar lower.

Had an ultrasound not too far and was craving breakfast food. The waitress Monique was very sweet, and the service was pretty fast. Tables could have been a little cleaner. If you order orange juice, it will only be served in small size, simply orange bottles, and no refills.
