I love it! I got a mobile order, and it was good.
UPDATE:. April 11, 2022-They still serve the same great food. I redeemed my birthday certificate for six free wings. They tasted great! All I had to pay for was the tax and my drink. I definitely will come back.
UPDATE:July 9, 2022-And I did come back! Again, they still serve the same great food. I ordered six wings with Honey BBQ sauce, and Diet Pepsi. I topped the meal off with a slice of New York Style Cheesecake. Everything was just as delicious as before. You know I will be coming back!
UPDATE:. November 30, 2022-I placed another mobile order, this time ordering a small order of Cauliflower Wings and a Diet Pepsi. Cauliflower Wings are cut up like Wings, and I had Honey BBQ sauce on them, just like regular wings. They are low calorie and delicious!
UPDATE: June 8, 2023-I usually order my wings with Honey BBQ sauce, but this time, I decided to try their General Tso’s sauce, which is available for a limited time. It was delicious, but it was spicy. So spicy that I had to have a glass of milk along with my meal to bring down the heat. I learned that from Food Network ‘s Unwrapped show. If you order their hottest sauce, Blazin’, which I have never done, you need to have a glass of milk with it. Along with my wings, I had celery and ranch dip, and Pepsi Zero. All of this was delicious.
UPDATE: August 31, 2023-I decided to try the wings with the Hot BBQ sauce. It was delicious, but a little hot. I had to have the glass of milk again. I also had celery and blu cheese dip and Pepsi Zero. I also wanted something sweet this time, so I had their Cheesecake. A delicious way to finish off the meal!
UPDATE: April 9, 2024-I redeemed my birthday certificate, so I got the 6 piece meal with the Honey Garlic sauce. The Honey Garlic sauce is a limited time only sauce, and it was good, not too hot. I also had celery and blueberries cheese and Pepsi Zero. I was prepared to pay for my drink, but the man who took my order was nice enough to say the drink was on him. What a nice man! Thank you!
UPDATE: June 19, 2024-I ordered 6 piece meal with their new BBQ Luau sauce, along with Pepsi Zero. The BBQ Luau sauce was delicious, and I am willing to order it again, but I think it is a limited time only item. I hope they keep it on the menu permanently.
UPDATE: December 9, 2024-I received an offer in the app for a free appetizer with an order. I have never tried their appetizers before, so this was worth it. I ordered a 6 pc Traditional Wings with Honey BBQ sauce, Celery sticks, Bleu Cheese, a Pepsi Zero. My free appetizer was an order of Large Beer Battered Onion Rings. My meal, like always, was delicious. I have no complaints. The Onion Rings were delicious and were worth trying. I just wish the offer would allow Regular size Onion Rings, because I couldn’t eat them all. I still have some for another time.
UPDATE: March 27, 2025-I tried the 6 piece Traditional Wings with BBQ Ranch Sauce and Aqufina Water. They were delicious! I also ordered celery and bleu cheese dip to dip them in, but I didn’t get the celery!

Watched Monday night football. Unfortunately, most of the other “sports bars” in Richmond close at 10 pm, long before the game is over. Fortunately Buffalo wild wings is open until 1 am.

Walked in seat urself, went to bar area. Waited. Waitress came look drink order. Waited. Waitress came w drinks took app. order. Waiting. Brought app. We ate waited. Waiting. Waiting. Wanted another drink and wings but, nope. Hardly a anyone in that area.

The point system is difficult to get. The system to put in your phone number rarely gets put in. So customers dont get credit for it unless the customer calls the restarant to make sure it gets in the system. This happened to me 4 times. So dont use the app for points. It doesnt work right. Also this place values employees not customers. The workers are allowed to sit anytime they want. The workers act like you are bothering them if they have to get up to wait on customers. I have never seen a restaurant where workers are allowed to sit anytime they want. I was not getting the points that was suppose to be put on my app. The workers often forget or on purpose dont put the phone number in to give points. The orders get messed up many times and I am given nuggets instead of traditional wings. Traditional wings cost more. Yet I had to reject the nuggets and wait for the traditional wings to be cooked. I decided to use my app to order to go so I could get my points. I coul not order extra teriyaki sauce on the app. So I asked the to go guy sitting at the desk. He said it was on the app. I said no it is not. He argued for awhile. Then he gave me an extra one. Then I decided to eat there. I couldnt find the teriyaki sauce so I asked him for more. He argued for awhile then gave me another one. Later I found the sauce behind my box. I noticed my points were not on the app. He said i should be able to fix it right on it he app. I said not without the receipt. So I asked him if he had my receipt. He argued about the receipt. Then eventually came up with my receipt. I went to eat at my table. The food was cold. I mean like refrigerator cold. The bartender asked me if everything was OK. I said no. The food was cold. She said go tell him. I went up there. He said immediately this is the fourth time you have been up here. He said that what you get when you order carry out. I said I picked it up in time. The food is done early and put on the open shelf. So he made some more. I didnt get traditional wings I got nuggets. I took it back in the paper container. It spilled and made a mess. Then two people came out yelling at me. Told me I could not get any food. I called the cops. I was accused of being drunk and on drugs. I dont drink alcohol or even smoke marijuana or drugs. I sent to wait outside. The cop went in. He looked at the video with no sound. Then he told me I was violently throwing food. The officer brought my food out with no utensils. That I could not come back for a year. So if you want a place that treats workers first, customers last, That’s a place for customers who want less and abuse. At the very least dont do the points. The servers have control of the points. The servers dont want to nother with it because workers are first customers are entirely last on the agenda

The food is amazing, the people are wonderful, just an overall great experience. It’s very chill as long as there’s not a big game going on, but it’s probably a great time if you’re into that kind of thing. 10/10 always a nice escape!

Bartender was horrible. 7 customers in the bar, the bar was covered with glasses and plates that had not been picked up. I was there for 40min and the bar top had not changed. Ordered brisket tacos and fries, and got maybe a half order at best! Had to holler at the bartender across the building to return to the bar after chatting with friends in the restaurant in order to pay him. Absolutely the worst BWW I have ever been in.

Jackie served my friend and I late Tuesday night. She was fabulous, got our order and continued checking on us! Food was great too. We waited a little longer due to another server, but that was honestly okay for us and it was no big deal. But Jackie stepping up when she didn’t have to was great! Seems like a team player and made my friend and I’s dining experience much better.
