I was a bit disappointed with this location, I’ve been to the L.A one on Central dozens of times and the flavor of the meat was not only consistent but on point.
This location in particular, although great customer serivce, it was very clean inside and the beans, yes bomb free beans, condiments packed in great to-go containers! The meat – well it was ok, it could’ve been better but it was extremely dry, I took it to go and ate in the car, I seriously had to look twice at the building to make sure this was the same Tacos Gavilan in Los Angeles.

Really good tacos Doors close at 12 am . You have to ask for Lemon and other ingredients in the back. Very professional and fast. Pricing is alright. The Jamaica Juice is bomb. I will go back soon to try more flavors and Dishes. The meat is really good. I enjoyed it. Didn’t make my stomach turn .

Place is huge, was not busy at all. Place is messy on the drink area, everything else was just great. Customer service is good, tacos and quesadillas were freshly made. Agua de piña is a bomb… They also have drive thru service. No wait, place is spacious, bathroom were clean and well care.

1 super quesadilla
2 tacos pollo
2 tacos al pastor
2 tacos carne asada
1 side of rice
1 side of frijoles refried
2 large cokes
Everything was amazing! The meat just melted in your mouth! The red salsa is really hot but good, and I typically don’t like too spicy of sauces.

ordered delivery and myf irst time trying tacos gavilan and it was GREAT! my new go to spot for mexican food. i ordered taco plate (3 tacos- chorizo, carnitas, chicken), asada supreme nachos (w sour cream and guac), asada supreme molitas, sope, large horchata. they were packaged so well and complete. great size and the taco plate came with beans and rice too. my favorite were the molitas. i did NOt like the sope though but all the meats were amazing. very delicious! horchata was also great and came in this bag!

Always a great experience at Tacos Gavilan. The cleanest taqueria ever!! Ordered 4 tacos (Pastor, asada and carnitas). Great taste, great meat. One thing that I don’t understand is why they don’t have pico de Gallo with tomatoes in the condiments bar. The horchata is amazing too!!!
