Visited the place for quick dinner. The restaurant is located close to Grand Via. The place is nice and has good sitting space. Ideal for small group. There is bar also inside the restaurant.
Here is my food list:
– Papadum *****
– Aalo Tikki Chaat ****
– Kadhai Paneer ****
– Garlic naan *****
– Masala Chai *****
– Nimbu pani (lemonade) ***
The staff is nice and helpful. Service can be improved as the place was busy. The seats are good and arrange nicely. The food is good overall. Kadhai paneer was good but gravy was not fully cooked.
The place is not fully accessible as there are some steps to go inside dining area. Also washroom is inside so people with disabilities may not enter.
We ordered lamb rogan josh and received some curry which is not realistically roganjosh and however the taste was fine though.
Similar case with chicken as well they served some chicken Chinese curry instead of what we asked.
Rice or naan were not provided complimentary and this was utter disappointing as the shops usually provide this and we had to order this seperately and they cut the naan into literally 100 pieces… The taste was having indian masala flavor though it did not meet what we asked in the menu.
They also serve alcohol as well. It was disappointing that beef was not served.
Overall the taste was fine but don’t expect what they provide in the menu and what we ask.
Entry is wheelchair friendly but I suspect the dining area inside and the accessibility to washrooms aren’t wheelchair friendly ♿.
Overall you can taste the Indian food but dont expect what we ask for in the menu.
For those who require Halal food (didn’t impact us) this is a Halal restaurant too.
I hope this restaurant succeeds in the future and will definitely recommend it to tourists and locals who want to try some tasty Indian cuisine!
The service was also wonderful, with a very friendly and attentive waiter who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. While the prices might be slightly higher than at other places, the exceptional quality of the food makes it completely worth every penny.
If you are a fan of Indian cuisine, or even just a food lover in general, you absolutely must visit this restaurant. It’s a true gem. Highly, highly recommended!
