I went to Applebee’s on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty consistent regarding service and food quality.
We were seated without much of a wait. The tables and floors were relatively clean.
The waiter was attentive and efficient. Our drinks were delivered in a timely manner. Our food order was taken quickly, and their wasn’t much of a wait for the food delivery.
My only critique is that the owner or manager was an older gentleman dressed in dirty regular clothes. His hygiene and grooming could use some attention, especially his unkempt beard.
Besides that, the food was tasty. Parking is free and plentiful. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and kid friendly.
I recommend this location.

My wife and I had lunch at the Applebee’s in O’Fallon, Illinois, today and we had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Samuel. He was one of the most polite and attentive servers we’ve ever had. He made sure everything was perfect and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It was truly an outstanding dining experience, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Samuel, for making our visit so nice.

Samantha G was an awesome waitress. Being in the food service industry I like to be flakey and this girl rocked it!!! She was personable and knew the menu well. We even ordered a meal to go and she had it ready on point like she knew us! I love server’s that are adorable yet on point and this girl earned every once of her tip! The food was spectacular so big props to the cooks behind it! Can not wait to fo back!

Our waiter, Sam, was very nice and attentive, knowledgeable of the menu and met our requests before we had the chance to ask. A “must have” is the new Honey Chicken & Bacon skillet…delicious. The Sirloin was cooked to expectation and seasoned well, with no need to add steak sauce.

I hope you go looking to be thirsty. You think if you spend more then $70 on a meal for 4 your family sits there for an hour i would assume you could expect at least 1 refill of a drink. Unfortunately even after begging for water everytime the waitress came over she eventually told me no and then we left. The omcheese burger is disgusting. It is dry and comes out both sweet and spicy making it a struggle to eat. I wont be back.

Our waitress was working tables and the bar, but she seemed to be a pro at it! The pretzel sticks were great, however, the boneless wings were overcooked and our steaks were well undercooked. Very disappointed in our experience.
