Went inside to grab my online order and the store was clean and the crew was working fast to fill the drive thru and pick up orders. They were communicating with each other and making sure the pick up customers got the right order. Great team work guys! Love to see this.

I’m consistently disappointed with the daytime crew at this location. I eat at this Taco Bell frequently, and when I visit overnight, I have no issues, my order is accurate, the food tastes fresh, and the service is reliable. Unfortunately, whenever I come during the late afternoon or early evening, there are recurring problems. Items are missing, customizations are done incorrectly, or the food quality is noticeably poor.
During my most recent visit, my chips for the cheese dip were missing entirely. I also paid extra to add purple cabbage to my chalupa, but the amount provided was so minimal it was barely noticeable. On top of that, the chalupa itself tasted stale. This is now the third time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review about this location.
I understand some may say this is “just fast food,” but that misses the point. I work hard for my money and expect to receive what I pay for, prepared correctly and consistently. I would like to know when these issues will be taken seriously and addressed so this location can provide reliable service regardless of the time of day.

Everything was great except the speaker for drive thru. We couldnt understand her and when we got to the window and told her about the speaker, she said I know. So management needs to fix the problem that everyone is aware of. Thats the reason for the 3 star instead of 5.

I love how it is so thin and just is fall apart tender. Melts in my mouth.

Hallie, Hally, not sure how her name is spelt exactly but this woman is one of the best people ive ever interacted with i work in a similar industry and always strive to treat others with respect no matter what, ive come here around 2am multiple times and majority of times its this amazing woman i had to stop and ask for her name shes is so welcoming and helpful i love workers like this an she definitely deserves some recognition for her amazing personality and how kind she is thank you so much i will be coming back very soon;)

Food is good but fewer ingredients than back in the day. Just keeps getting worse but keeps costing more. Have had some bad experiences with TB in the past but now it’s just hit or miss. Today was a better time

I went into the Taco Bell at 5:30 on August 26th they had one car in the Drive-Thru and no one in front of me inside I ordered my food went to the bathroom and came out the lady at the register didn’t say anything about my food being ready I sat there for 15 minutes before she would finally acknowledge me. My food had been sitting that whole time and she didn’t bother to tell me it was ready and when I asked her why she didn’t tell me, she said she called my name twice while I was in the bathroom and didn’t bother to tell me it was up when I came out. I went through the drive-thru on August 18, 2024. I ordered combo #1 which is the three supreme tacos and a drink. I asked them to make the supreme tacos with chicken instead of beef. When I got home and opened my tacos all I had was chicken lettuce and cheese. There were no tomatoes or sour cream on any of my tacos. The quality of the tacos was not what I expected and I felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth. I tried to call to complain to the manager but a message came out saying that no one was available to pick up the phone. I won’t be eating there again.

Ordered food last week and they forgot items, called and was told by Carlos the manager that he would give me a credit for the next order and to just walk in and ask for it. Today I placed a $10 order and I tried to get the item that they forgot with the “credit” and the employees wouldn’t honor it and were arguing with us… this is really weird behavior… all over some nacho fries lol.
