We stopped at this Chili’s in North Carolina on our drive from New York to Florida and had such a great experience. Gaby was our server and she was absolutely amazing — so sweet, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel really welcome and taken care of.
Also, I have to say how impressed I was with how clean everything was. The restaurant, the bathrooms, and even the dishes were spotless. The cups were crystal clear and the water tasted great (and yes, it was tap water — which I never drink ).
After a long day of driving, this stop was such a pleasant surprise. Huge shoutout to Gaby and the whole team!

Every single time we have ever took a chance to order food to go at this location they mess it up, today I went to pick up my order and was rudely dismissed by the young boy working in to-go so he could talk on the phone with some young lady as if that were more important, then get my food and the order isn’t correct the fries were missing. Then get home and my boyfriend’s wings were not cooked, they were slimy and fatty photo included, he then calls waits on hold forever and they are never really busy so that’s crazy but he finally gets a manger for them to say we will give you a refund but you have to bring the food back up here, I get it okay but my boyfriend explained the last time they screwed up our food and forgot half my meal he was suppose to get a refund and never received it so I am currently cooking my boyfriend’s wings at home. Unexceptionable! Worst chilli’s and service I have never had! I’m sure they won’t care about another poor review as the reviews weren’t high anyway and they don’t seem to care about much.

12/12 5pm 2025 we waited 30min, had to ask for our starters. They through my salad together half assed, no cheese, no tomato’s. My buddy never got his chips. Table came in 15min after us and got their food right away. Never checked our drinks in that 30min. Server was an over weight older white lady, if she can’t handle serving 4 tables serving isn’t the job for her.

Well, to begin with, I was seated. Sat down, and I stuck to the booth seat. It was wet and sticky. I then moved across to the chairs. Putting my hand on the table was still sticky. I could leave my hand prints all over. A few minutes later, finally, the young waitress came over, and I explained how sticky the table was. A few minutes later, a kid came over to wipe it down, and he was ill having to wipe it. Still, it was wiped with an old dish towel. So, I went to the bathroom and got wet clean towels and wiped it down. It was clean finally
Waitress was taking my order from the menu and said she would be right back. I don’t know if we have that???
I was ordering but tell what I didn’t want on it. Came back and said we have it. I said, ” I know you do… I just had it 4 days ago.” (chicken sandwich) Order my drink, and by the time food got there, i asked for another one…well, it sat at the bar 10 min at least. Everyone is walking right by it. Lots of chilling out at the front door! So I took it upon myself to go get it myself. Most of my food had been eaten with nothing to drink. Now I know why I hadn’t been there in years up to this past week. Both times this week, I had asked for ranch on the side. Never got it. Might as well if I do go somewhere carry my own cleaning supplies and condiments Chili’s I will not be back.
Ps didn’t know you had to pay for drinks separate on the bill from the food or pay to sit and play a game while waiting. Done with this place.

Ate at this restaurant for a late lunch/early dinner and have a few things to say. First of all the waitress was very nice and pleasant but she seemed to forget about us when we asked for a few things. We asked for an extra plate to share our meal when we first placed our order. And when the meal arrived, we saw there wasn’t an extra plate so we asked again. Then it was a long time before she finally came back to the table, and we asked again and still didn’t receive an extra plate. And we asked for a water refill and that never came either. We were a little annoyed watching her walk around while we were waiting on the things we asked for. She was a very sweet person but she may have had a bad day. And when did Chili’s salads consist of lettuce, crutons and cheese…where are the cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes? The food was mediocre so I don’t think I will go back to Chili’s. I have had this same experience with a few other Chili’s and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m sure I am done with Chili’s.

I received my refund the next day!! **CURRENTLY AWAITING MY REFUND**
I placed an order for the full rack of ribs meal with two sides through the To-Go service on Saturday, February 28, 2026. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of ribs.
After leaving, I called back to ask about the refund process. I spoke with the manager on duty, who advised that the cashier would take my full name, phone number, the last four digits of the card used, and the order total, and that I should receive my refund within a few days.
By Wednesday, March 4, 2026, I had not received the refund, so I returned to the To-Go area to follow up. I spoke with another manager on duty and explained the situation. She searched for the order in their system but initially could not locate it. I then pulled up my emailed receipt from Saturday. She took down my information, manually submitted the refund request, and advised that I should receive the refund within 48 hours.
Although the issue should have been handled the same night, I want to acknowledge that the manager I spoke with on Wednesday was professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire interaction. She also apologized for the inconvenience and for the matter not being resolved earlier. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.
While I appreciate her assistance in resolving the situation, the experience was disappointing overall. Due to this issue, I will not be using the To-Go service at this location again.

We went there for my birthday and it was completely ruined. We sat there and took a while to get someone to come wait on us then when we place our order it comes out no problem. Beside my fries been burned everything was good. But we never got a refill on drinks and we asked a bunch of different people to have some more or just get our waitress and even she did not bring them. I have never been so mad about something like this while our waitress other tables where been waited on no problem. I still paid full price for everything and when I said something to the manager nothing was done. I will never go back to that store in Rocky Mount ever again. So thanks for ruining my birthday with my family.

For me the food was good. It came out nice and hot and at a timely manner. We got drinks when we needed them and we could also tell that they were under staffed so we didnt wanna bother them too much but all and all i would go back.

Just left here and had about a half a pound of onion with my fajitas. Literally was given more onions and peppers than chicken and shrimp. Then ask the waiter why so many onion and peppers her response was idk ♂️. Definitely won’t be here
