Fries were not warm. Unsweetened tea was muddy. It has been good in the past but this looked and tasted nasty. The server was not able to offer a full cup of unsweetened tea as there was not enough remaining yet I paid full price for the meal.(I did not ask for another price.) Server was friendly and respectful.

It was 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we we here, and no one was in line but us. Then, someone had to go outside and find someone to take our order. I had no idea it would be another 45 minutes and still no food. Been here 55 minutes, no food. All I ordered was the 2 piece fried chicken special. O, by the way, no soap in the restroom and milkshake machine not working properly.

My family was going to stop at a restaurant in the square, but I could not find one we wanted. We knew the Jack’s was ahead, so that’s where we went. We have stopped here in the past for drinks and apple pie. This time, we all went in to sit down and eat. I ordered the 3 Piece Chicken Fingers. The rest of the family had sandwiches and milkshakes. Everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. The chicken tenders had an excellent flavor and texture. Fries were great. I could not find anything negative about this restaurant. Maybe it has gotten better over time? This location is highly recommended!

Just left the restaurant. This is the second time i was told at the speaker I would have to wait fifteen minutes for fried chicken. After waiting for over 25 minutes, part of my order was forgotten. I hate to even leave a review here, but I don’t know how else for the company to see this. I just want what I paid for, I love the taste of this food, but I am really sick of the terrible service. Lilly is the only one at the window that get’s everything right. Everyone else has made mistakes on my order OVER and OVER. Please just train your employees or something.

I have visited Jack’s several times now and everytime I am disappointed. My order is either wrong or cold or they are out of something. My husband’s order is good but not mine. This time it was breakfast, bacon egg and cheese biscuit was cold and biscuit was hard around the edges. Please get yourself together because my husband loves this place.

Update: Not much has improved. It took 4 people to figure out how to use an offer in the app. They forgot to put one of my biscuits in my bag. Thankfully i checked before leaving. When I finally ate the amount of eggs on my plate was the equivalent of one egg, not two and the portion of gravy was small. The only reason this location is surviving is the lack of choices in the area.
They were out of food we ordered, as usual. We were told a 10 minute wait. 19 minutes later we get our food and still no drinks. I waited and finally called the store and asked how much longer ot would be. We finally drove away after sitting in the drive thru for 29 minutes. It’s a good thing that the food tastes good because the service is pitiful.

I went to the drive-through this morning to get breakfast for a family of seven. When I pulled up to the window, the lady asked how she could help and I stated hey can I please get a minute to look at the menu. A few seconds later, she’s like ma’am do you need help with the menu and I said no ma’am I’m just looking then she stated I’m on a time crunch and I can’t have people sitting here. Stated that she will, in fact get in trouble but mind you I was the only car in the drive-through not a single car was behind me.
It definitely irritated me. It was beyond rude. I’m sorry, but you’re on a time crunch of what? I was the only one there.

UPDATED REVIEW!!! WHY? Because every time I go to Jacks in Barnesville I get the BEST SERVICE! I have NEVER had food poison and I have not even ever saw the first bug in this place!
All I ever see is a very clean facility with energetic employees! I sure wish the other locations could meet this level of service!
That includes other Jacks locations and even other name brands out there…This place ought to be the BOOT CAMP for new fast food OWNERS and WOKERS!
YES, I do have a complaint…Jacks, NEVER has enough bone in fried chicken during the day. You have the best recipe but you don’t want to cook enough??? Sounds very counterproductive…Not having food ready will make your drive thru line back up and it will make your inside line backup…I witnessed your employees arguing over who gets the last 2 chicken legs! Who does get the chicken legs and who has to wait for more? The person in the drive thru or the person in the store???…and that is when you loose business and get bad reviews….SO…COOK MORE CHICKEN! If you have extra at night, then send it home with the employees or find a family or church in need. You will get so much more BUSINESS!

Like I have said time and time over, Jacks has the magic fried chicken recipe for success…can the business side of things make it last? I went this evening, probably my 30th visit or so…Greeted by a new manager, Earnest. He and his staff did a fabulous job. Dinner was on point and service was excellent. Big thank you to ALL the employees too, team effort yields great experience. What did I eat??? 3 Piece chicken dinner plate, the more thighs the better, double mashed and gravy, beans in a bowl. Add the tea, free refills. About $15 bucks…worth every penny. – ‘Matt – Solutions2 Low-Voltage.
