Walking in, I noticed there was an option to order at the counter or at the machines. I enjoyed being able to customize my burger and take my time since there were not many people when I came around 6:30. They are open 24 hours and the area was clean. The food tasted good, I got my burger toasted, and with jalapeño sauce. The sauce and the ketchup are not very spicy. The fries are good and the onion rings too. Good drink options, the strawberry milkshake was yummy. The bathrooms are clean with a baby changing station. The drive-thru is also well organized.

I’ve heard a lot about this burger chain, and decided to try it out for myself. We ordered from the self-serve kiosk and it was simple and easy. After ordering you grab a number and sit down and they bring you your food. Food came quickly and the Staff were friendly and polite. Restaurant was clean, bright and inviting. Love the decor. We sat indoors and dined, but there is a drive-through available.

Ordered a triple meat whataburger. It was delicious. Able to customize order which was great. Self service drink station made it simple and convenient. Relatively inexpensive compared to places I go in Maryland.

Overall a great experience. I will be back.

The food order was not taken right. It’s never usually like that but today it felt as if the person taking the order don’t feel like working or taking the order. I should’ve checked before I pulled off but knowing that I frequent this location, I thought the cheese would have been added. This is the Buford hwy location.

I have eaten here many times before and the food was good. The manager try their best training the workers and bring food out on a timely manner. I usually order the Whataburger with no cheese on a brioche toasted bun, fries and an apple pie. This time I ordered two apples and one of them is too dark(?).

The service was very slow and the person taking our order was a tad impatient. They forgot my son’s chocolate milk so we had to go back. The food was ok but I found a tiny hair on an onion. I’d just like to assume we picked a bad day to go, not saying I wouldn’t come again. Maybe on a slow day. My son didn’t like the grilled cheese but enjoyed the fries!

Came here once before and tried the burger, french fries, onion rings, and Saucy chicken nuggets. The burger was by far the best item and I told myself I probably would not go back. Tonight my wife says let’s get this because she had never had Whataburger before so I say okay let’s do it again maybe it’ll be better this time. Burger lacking much luster compared to the first time. Saucy chicken nuggets sloppy, french fries and onion rings are even worse than the first time somehow. The french fries and onion rings were overcooked and by the time we got them old and cold. If I look at pictures of what the french fries should look like according to the website and other people’s reviews, ours are about five Shades Darker than they should be, especially the onion rings. Two times is enough, won’t get burned again.

What a burger!! Just like I remembered when I worked in Texas. Generous sized burgers (with no ketchup), great fries and wide selection of drinks at a good price. For those ketchup lovers they offer both standard and hot ketchups for your fries. I like their hamburgers (offer in 1,2,3 patty versions). I had the Sweet and Spicy Bacon burger and it was so big I could hardly finish it….My son had a standard burger and wife the Patty melt sandwich. Atmosphere is nice and modern. One orders at the counter and the food is bought out to you. Leaving to the restaurant requires crossing a 4 lane shopping center entrance road. Tricky on a full stomach. Service was a little slow, but we’ll worth the wait. I understand it a new store.

It’s been years since I had fast food, particularly from a burger joint. This was my 1st experience. This is a fairly new spot for the Buford Exchange area and much needed competition for Five Guys and Ted’s. The store was clean and the cashier was absolutely wonderful, attentive and clear. A Big shout out to Manager Zuniga, well done. However, the burger was burnt, extra charred, thin, and lacked flavor. The bun was gummy indicative of lots of sugar, more bun taste than meat. I came home and switched out for my own brioche bun. The fries and onion rings were sub-par and reminded me of frozen potatoes/onions. I probably won’t be back because it was so disappointing and not the standard. Now the price was reasonable and probably $10 cheaper than Five Guys and $20 cheaper than Ted’s. On positive note, Friday evenings, the car and foot traffic is insane meaning it’s loved and have a serious clientele. With that, try for yourself but I would recommend spending next door near Starbucks or head to old faithful across from the Mall. IMO.

Overall, I was underwhelmed by this place. Since it was my first visit, I decided to dine in. It was absolutely freezing inside, so I’m not sure I’d dine in again. Every time I’ve tried to go previously, the wait has been too long so this time I went in the middle of the day and it was relatively slow. Even though it wasn’t packed, the service was pretty slow and then my order was incorrect. I had to wait a while longer for someone to help me to correct it. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and an apple pie. The sandwich was good but the fries were not. They were too salty. They also weren’t hot.Maybe if they’d been hot, I would have liked them more. The apple pie was pretty good. The people with me ordered burgers, onion rings, and a cinnamon roll. The burgers are large and were just okay, not great. The onion rings weren’t good. No flavor. The cinnamon roll was also good. I may try it one more time, to try the breakfast.
