Thank you for putting the cherry on top of my bad week. After returning home late, with no motivation to cook, I decided to stop for dinner. After being told to move forward to the second window with no choice of getting my receipt, thankfully they put a little sticker on my bag so they’d believe me when the messed up my order the FIRST time. Receiving my bag the first time, I peeked in the top and noticed there were no small fry. I waved the employee down at the window, letting him know something was missing from my order. He first ripped the bag from my hands, and checking through it himself. No gloves, no telling if his hands were clean touching the rest of my food. He then proceeded to get the small fry, and without putting it in a bag, handed it to me through the window… Upon getting home, I go to open my “double cheeseburger”, and am highly disappointed. Not only was it just a single patty, no cheese or pickles… both the buns were bottom buns. OH AND, no extra salt/onions as asked for. Needless to say, I know McDonalds is “fast food”, but my visit was very unpleasant and upon getting home VERY disappointing. After the countless times of this location messing up my order, I can say I happily won’t be back.

I know, it’s McDonald’s and shouldn’t expect much but this is the worst food I’ve ever eaten. It’s said that if you are super hungry then anything will taste good. McDs said “hold my soda” and served up the worst fries I’ve ever eaten in my life. Disgusting. How do they sell so much, it’s NEVER good!

50/50 chance you get what you order. I think like most fast food places, they are struggling to keep staff so the current staff is burnt out causing their orders not be right. Not real speedy, not always real friendly.

They completely missed up our order and blamed my wife on food being cold, when we ordered the food we was at location so it wasn’t like it just been sitting there. We will not be going back to this location, however the best McDonald’s is in Pea Ridge, Arkansas.

If you come to McDonald’s 100 north walnut in Rogers don’t use the kiosk, doesn’t give you a discount through the app , and the employees don’t know how to fix it . Way to go management in training your employees.

Understanding that people don’t want to work in this day and age and kiosk are the norm for fast food, it sure does take personalization out. I don’t typically eat fast food to begin with, maybe just breakfast on a very rare occasion but I found this particular restaurant to be not worth going to again for any reason

I went with my son and almost every table was dirty and all the trash cans were overflowing. When I asked to exchange a happy meal toy they were not nice about it and gave me the same toy. I will never go back there.

Had a online order, went to drive-thru and got the wrong order. Guy took the food back and had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for the correct order and they forgot my drinks, had to wait some more.

It was fine for a McDonald’s. I ordered in advance for my free fries. Please use their app if this is a place you frequent. You will get a free large fry every month. I walked in to order my 20 count nuggets that was hot, brown and delicious. The fries were good, too. The bathroom was clean enough. The restaurant was pretty clean. Other than taking some time to see my need of service, I would go to this location again.
