I got to the drive up window and looked like no one had a clue what to do maybe cause it was after 9 pm on Friday night most of them were kids that obviously needed supervision, I spent 20 bucks and was very dissatisfied , I biggie sized my order was really looking forward to season fries and literally looks like I didn’t even get a small and looked like left overs pieces in bottom of fryer sandwich was so so but unacceptable for the fries kids need to be supervised. To add to the dissatisfaction the more of the chicken sandwich I ate the worse it turned to be but the biscuit and chicken tenders were ok but won’t be returning anytime soon or I’ll go to a different bojangles .Hate wasting money !

So we just let the drive-thru after being snowed in for days starving we approach and Miss Dina that was taking our order was very rude and very short with us as if she didn’t want to be at work which is understandable but that is not our fault but KJ definitely made up for great customer service I asked for the supervisor she sat there and denied our feelings of what we felt about Miss Dina because of this response I will never come back to this location. But I will say the food was good

Good location and workers were nice and quick. Not gonna lie, I still prefer Popeyes chicken compared to bojangles. But I did enjoy bojangles sides more and the price per value is way more higher here. Also it’s much more cleaner than the Popeyes in hickory as well

Only giving 3 because the food was good. The staff are mostly kids, who treat the job like a joke. The staff sit around talking instead of cleaning the filthy restaurant. It was horrible, no one should have to search for a seat clean enough to sit in. DO BETTER

Very crowded drive thru. There have been several bad accidents from people pulling out. The food is amazing! The employees have always been helpful. It’s usually pretty clean. It’s a high volume Bojangles. Traffic conditions can be tough. Overall I recommend stopping here. Just be safe. Pimento cheese and chicken biscuit was good.

I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. This experience regrettably warrants a zero-star rating, were it possible, and significantly impacts my likelihood of returning (been eating/ordering from this particular location for many years)
During my recent visit, an older female manager, approximately in her 50s-60s, demonstrated highly unprofessional conduct. She was untruthful and refused to identify herself when asked. Furthermore, after waiting over 20 minutes for our curbside pickup order, which had been placed and paid for via your app, we were compelled to enter the restaurant twice to retrieve it. On the first occasion, the manager disregarded my wife and daughter, instructing them to call for the food to be brought out, despite our repeated and unsuccessful attempts to reach the restaurant by phone, as the line appeared to be continuously busy. She then suggested reordering or using the drive-through, neither of which was appropriate given that the order was already placed and confirmed.

Had come to purchase only thigh pieces for a 12 piece family meal and an additional 2 piece box berry biscuit.
They had forgotten about the 2 piece box berry biscuits and when I have arrived home I was missing 2 pieces of chicken on top of the fact they didn’t give me an all thighs box while being backed up on orders.

Chicken’s always been fresh here. They’ve always gotten an order out quick. The manager is always upfront working. It’s a very good place to eat. It’s always very clean. Bathrooms are clean. I give this five star the one on Springs Road.

The best service and best prepared food I’ve gotten at any fast food joint in the last five years. The staff was courteous and professional. I had a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo, with dirty rice. The bacon, egg and cheese were placed on the biscuit with care by someone that takes pride in their work. The dirty rice was the best I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. The eating area was clean and free of debris, tables wiped, floor swept.
