For a chain restaurant they are well managed and have attentive servers which makes everything enjoyable. Biscuits weren’t as soft and fresh as you would expect but they did do well on my hash browns, I always ask places to make them extra well done and most don’t know what tgat means. Will return someday, just wish they weren’t 30 minutes away.

We walked in at 8. Building looked closed. Took a while to get food. So we were their after hours but it was great. Our waitress was amazing.

Nothing special about this place. Its a one time thing. They shouldn’t bring the biscuits out until your food is served so the biscuits will still be warm or hot. Kinda of place seems to cook very fast and hopefully everything turns out right, but it was still okay.

Affordable and kind. Really feels like home. I know they are corporate but this one feels a lot nicer than some of the other ones I’ve been to.

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner last week with great tasting food. The managers and staff there were very attentive and worked hard to take care of all the customers in the building. The wait was a little long but it was also jam packed so that was understandable. Very appreciative to all employees for taking time away from their own families to take care of ours. We will be back again soon and next year for Thanksgiving!

This location of Bob Evans is by far the best one in the area. I frequent the one in North hills and it is very poor. Food is either cold or not made very well. I got some french toast there once that was just not cooked all the way through. The manager or assistant manager checked me out. Asked me how it was and I told them and she said boy that sucks for you. That’s it. No comp in the check or we’re sorry etc. So the location in harmarville is my favorite. Food is hot servers frequently. Check on you. The only downside is it’s often cold inside.

I placed a breakfast/brunch carry out order just after noon on a Saturday. In under 15 minutes, we had huge, deliciously fluffy, homestyle pancakes with crispy bacon and crunchy home fries. The carry-out staff was personable and friendly, ensuring we had our accurate order bagged up with extra utensils and condiments ready for us. The food was hot, the wait was short, the price was reasonable, and the stomachs were full. Definitely an all-around win for us!

Ordered family meal and an individual dinner for pickup. Got home and had the wrong order. Not even close to what I ordered! Will never order pick up from Bob Evans again. Mine was almost 50 dollars and all they gave me was a burger and omelet. Crap!!!! I would not have ordered but am housebound with broken ankle and leg so non weight bearing! Very disappointed with the service we received and the lack of concern by employees!!

Bob Evans was extremely busy but I was super impressed on how organized the restaurant was managed. There was a line out the door and we were still seated within a short 20 minute wait! The waitress was triple sat but she was as still able to keep up with giving good service. She was attentive and quick. Order accuracy and prompt refills were on point. The food was good but I am not sure about the newer version of the sausage gravy. It tasted like flour and no seasoning! Prices were very reasonable… actually surprisingly cheap for the quality of the breakfast! I really like the candies and trinkets for purchase at the checkout counter!

Even if you’re somewhat busy, seat the customers. We were told a couple of minutes while they clear something, and nobody looked at us for the next ten and we left. Servers were strolling around and not hustling like you would be if you were truly busy. Do better nothing worth waiting for to be honest.
