I placed an order through the app, I was notified by my bank email that I was charged to the card. They refused to give me my order because it “did not show up” on your screen. After multiple attempts of showing them the charge to my account. How will be notified my bank to cancel the transaction here and I will never come to this Jack in the box again. The the short manager lady was inconsiderate, incooperative and rude. Never coming here again.

Do not get the pop big box. More than half of the box is dried skin with no actual chicken. Overpriced and doesn’t have the same taste as advertised. I took a few hours to write this after I ate the food so I wouldn’t write a review out of anger, but this is absurd. Paying $11+ for a small box that is pure soggy fries with fried chicken skin and 1/3rd of the box was crumbs. This isn’t the first time a disappointment comes from this Jack n the box, but it needs to stop

Here is another review for all the people who wanna make sure their visit is going to be an experience to be not remembered in a joking or negative way. The restroom is available without having to use a key, or wait to use the restroom one at a time. Plus the food here is really reliable, breakfast after 1 pm and fries that are really well cooked.

I arrived in the area and stumbled upon this location when looking for something to eat. I placed my order online via Mobile app. I speciality customized what I wanted to my specifications and my order was prepared fresh.
I took the first bite and I could not believe how hot the food was it tasted so good I wanted to dine here for the 2nd time but unfortunately I realized they closed their doors at 5PM daily. I could not believe this because drive thru was open 24 hours. I did not have a vehicle at the time for drive thru assistance.
Even though as a customer I am going out of my way to create such a lengthy review about my dining experience i would love if this location would extend their dining room hours for those who do not have vehicles. (Bus, train, individuals on bike cycles, scooters, mopads) etc.

This is the worst Jack in the box I have ever visited in 30 years. The staff was rude and the establishment was a direct reflection of their offered services. Bathroom hurendous and smelly, dining area unkept, and staff rude.
