Nice little mom and pop spot. Inexpensive and great service. The food is simple, fresh and well proportioned. The decor is outdated, but the place has been around a long time. The club is good! And the desserts are delicious.

I had the patty melt, dad had a bacon cheeseburger. Both were pretty good; typical “diner” type burgers. The onion rings were good but the fries were bland. The coconut cream pie and the blueberry pie looked good but were VERY disappointing! Absolutely no flavor to them whatsoever. If i were to taste them blindfolded, i could not tell you what those pies were. Other than the pies, we were satisfied. The place was clean and the service was fast and friendly.

The restaurant is so clean the service is excellent. The food is wonderful the hardest thing is deciding what to order. I love the taco salad I get it without the hot peppers. The chicken tenders are the best I’ve ever had the steak in cooked prefect and taste wonderful the baked potatoes are so moist and fluffy they must have a potato cooker the sweet potatoes are good too. Prices are better than fair with the economy being the way it is.

The food was ok for my 1st time there. The mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection. The hamburger steak was ok just thought it would come with gravy.
The lighting is terrible, especially in the middle section, I could barely read the menu and I like to see what I’m eating. Our waitress was great.

Me and my wife went in to get our food we called in, and the girl at the service desk was very rude and disrespectful. My wife told her we had a to-go order and instead of getting it she seated other people who came after us, and when she finally went to get our food she brought us the wrong order. We had to correct her and she finally brought us our food but didn’t get our drinks. Instead she continued to seat other customers and check out others leaving. So I had to go to the back to get the drinks myself and then we stood at the counter to pay and she asked us what we needed now. We said to pay for our food. She said oh ok. She acted very bored and as if she didn’t want to be there. Her customer service skills were terrible. We were very upset and feel disrespected, and believe she needs to be talked to or re-trained.

Scotty’s hometown grill is the best place to eat if you’re out of town especially if you’re in town and if you’re in town you’re able to eat anywhere but this I recommend it’s just the best place that I can really think of I think the service is absolutely great and the food the food is great like actually super great like heaven like I’m serious but the atmosphere is wonderful but the best do you have a lot of helpful and loving staff hope you enjoy if you go eat there thank you for reading my review

My family went here for breakfast. First, I was surprised that they had livermush on the menu, which made my day. The staff was very friendly, the food came out quick, and the restaurant was clean. I would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area and I will stopping by again when I am in town.

I liked the easy going atmosphere here, but I’d say the food is average at best. I wasn’t impressed by the options on the menu, as it all felt a little repetitive and there was a couple strange things that I’ve never seen anywhere else (liver mush?). I got a scrambled egg with grits and a biscuit, and it was fine. I don’t know if I’d come back, however it is convenient because there’s not much else in the area.

Stopped by Scotty’s for lunch. We had Patty Melt and Classic platters. The patties tasted store bought and the fries had a weird after taste. The food looked good but it lacked flavor. It may have been us because we’ve been cooking more at home over the last few years. IDK. The service was great and food was prepared in a timely manner. It’s been years since my last visit and my memory was better than this visit. Maybe a home style platter would’ve been a better choice.
