I visited Wawa store #8098 at 3710 Lincoln Hwy, Downingtown, PA 19335 on 12/1/25 to buy some chicken corn chowder soup, and the experience was terrible. When I asked the manager if they had any ready, she said yes, but then told me she couldn’t sell it because she “didn’t have a spot on the table to bring it out.”
There was no apology, no concern, and her attitude was rude and uncaring. It was clear she didn’t value customer service at all.
If you’re looking for good customer service or a store that cares about its customers, this is NOT the place. Truly a horrible experience.

Food quality BAD – gross – Got Sick after eating a sizzli. Staff is not very nice and seriously need to be retrained. Spoke to the asst. manager, some guy and he was so rude. The one older lady literally threw the food at me across the counter and didn’t even say a word.

Located along the Lincoln Highway, it like this location for food and a typical wawa with multiple lanes for gas. Well maintained restrooms. It’s tough to get in and out of this otherwise nice location.

This store is under-staffed. The place is never very clean. Everything else is very typical of any Wawa. This location I feel seems usually busier than other Wawas which is why it feels understaffed. They have a self check out but it’s easy for it to need assistance from an employee which is why it’s usually faster to wait in a long line than wait for an employee assistance at self check out plus you can’t use Wawa rewards at self check in which I think kinda sucks but that’s they same at all Wawas.

It’s three in the morning. I’d just spent twelve hours in the hospital and my entire body and soul screamed in inutterable agony. I cannot describe to you in mere words the absolute depths of exhaustion the day had just visited upon my soul. It’s three in the morning and I’m on the road. McDonalds was closed. Burger King was foreclosed. Checkers was boarded up and possibly beset by scrappers.
Like a shining lighthouse amidst the tempest of fate, Wawa shone to me in my hour of need. I threw myself upon its shore and was rewarded with possibly the best 3AM hoagie I’ve ever had in my life. Thanks Wawa. You’ve got a loyal customer in me.

Sedate the Wawa associate went out of his way to help me. I wanted a chocolate chip cookie and none were at the counter stand. He came and showed me how to order. Then he noticed I was getting coffee. He said “sir that one is older I have a new one. I like our customers to drink fresh coffee”. I havnt had someone care if my coffee was fresh ever at a Wawa. I was just impressed with the manners and common courtesy. He’s a good employee and he should be respected and appreciated for his manners and good service.thanks

I order food of the Wawa app today and I prefer a 2 sizzle, 2 hash brown and iced energy and a CARAMEL LATTE. I go to pick it and I normally but I was in a rush and I got to my place of business and I got to get the food out the bag and see that they forgot a damn sizzle and the messed up my whole latte order, I asked for whipped cream got NO WHOPPED CREAM OR ANY CARMEL IN MY DRIVK AT ALL!!!
