We were promptly served. My wife had a margarita and I had a glass of merlot. Loved the merlot. We ordered an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms which were delicious. They give you six on a bed of spinach leaves. For the main dish my wife had the center cut pork chops and I had the 16 oz New York sirloin steak medium well. It was juicy and the flavor was exactly what I want in a steak. I can’t speak enough about how good the steak is at Bella Mia. It is up there with the top three steaks I have ever had in my life.
The place was not packed, but close, which created a great, lively atmosphere. There was also some live music with a singer playing electric guitar and a bass player. They played blues music and some old classics with a very original twist on them. It was a tad loud but not so much where it was intrusive on our conversation.
Bill, the manager, asked us how we were doing and struck up a nice conversation with us, and ended up sitting down at our table for a while. It was cool. You just don’t get that in a restaurant anymore.
All in all, we had a great meal and a lovely time at Bella Mia as we always do. The atmosphere is classy yet casual, relaxed, and friendly. If you like real quality food and a friendly atmosphere come to Bella Mia. You won’t regret it.
The food was good and I’m actually going back soon for their food and wine pairing. I had steak vesuvio i asked for it medium well it was really under closer to medium rare but i liked the flavor and i was full from the bread and salad so i will cook it a little further for leftovers. Everyone in my party loved their food. We ordered a variety of dishes: pasta pork chops seafood i heard no complaints. But i did take off a star for my undercooked steak. AND no i do not send food back (at anyplace) to correct it. I will doggy bag it or not eat it.
The service was 5 star. We had a server who was training a gentleman unfortunately i dont remember the servers name. But girlfriend was on the run and handling her tables. Very good service. And the management was good. They manager served us and one of the owners were there in his apron working also. Truly spectacular.
They checked on us frequently.
I neglected to point out we were a table of 13 women and we were well taken care of
The atmosphere of the restaurant was just beautiful. This is the christmas season and doggone their decorations were spectacular and provided the finest backdrop for pictures. The nativity and 3 wisemen statues were beautiful amd made me feel so warm amd i really got the feel of the holiday season. Just awesome
The Christmas trees lights and the decorations were just an added benefit at the restaurant amd a beautiful backdrop for our pictures.
Thank you bella mia see you soon
The moment we walked in, we were greeted not only by the host and hostess, but also by several staff members and even guests at the bar. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. Pure class. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and perfectly accented with soft candlelight, making the evening feel special and intimate.
We sat at the bar and were welcomed by Gina, the bartender, who was extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home. The food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.
The owner, Randy, came by to greet us and his personality was truly infectious. He had us laughing nonstop and made our night even more memorable. We also had the pleasure of sitting next to Marcy and Dick, regulars who have been coming since day one. Even though this was our very first visit, we felt like part of the Bella Mia family.
From the staff to the clientele, the love and pride behind this place are undeniable. Bella Mia is truly one of a kind and deserves all the recognition it receives. We felt all the love and will absolutely be back again and again. Jessica O’Grady
We were seated and we were served our bread and water. Our waiter finally came to.our table explaining that they were short 1 person and it would be a few minutes.
He took our drink order. Took awhile to come back. Then we ordered appetizers. Got those quickly. The shrimp DeJonghe & calamari were good. Then we got our main courses. Good but nothing special. Then our waiter pretty much disappeared. We were going to order dessert but by the time he came back we just got our check.
For just being down 1 employee the service was way too slow. And the food was just good, nothing special. We won’t be back.
