I have a fun little game for you to play. Take a looksey at the photo. Can you guess what I ordered? Go ahead and lock in your guess. If you said, “Deconstructed Burrito without Rice,” that’s what I would have guessed and we’d both be wrong. Would you believe this is what I got after ordering a salad? Where’s the lettuce? (I hear the old lady from the 80s Wendy’s commercial.) Lettuce is actually mentioned as an ingredient for the salad on the receipt. The could have forgotten any other single ingredient and I would have still had a salad. It’s like if I went to another restaurant and ordered a fish sandwich and they forgot the fish. Yes, I do understand that humans made this and I understand we make mistakes but we also make salads…with lettuce. I mean, they got all the other ingredients correct. At least when I immediately called, the company customer service line, they did offer a refund for the “salad” however it’s extremely frustrating. I highly recommend checking your carryout order before you actually leave the store.

We are fans of this chain. So, we were happy to find one on our way through Missoula.
As soon as we walked in, we were overwhelmed with the odor of dirty bathroom. We looked around and found the floors disgusting. This is not too long after they just opened for the day.
Needless to say, I am not in a position to review the actual food, as we about faced and left.

Food was good and fairly priced. It was super busy but we still got our food in a timely manner. The employees were friendly but we couldn’t tip them due to company policy which i dont think is right.

I ordered for lunch as usual. Now? I have been waiting 40 mins and my washer been waiting close to 20. Does it seriously take this long to make 2 tacos! Come on. Sloppy on the line. Not consistent with meat portions. Pico de gallo does not seem to be made fresh daily. High staff turnover rate which tells me management is problematic.
I never get any lettuce, cilantro, or pico de gallo anymore because it looks so poorly processed, dirty.
It’s blatantly apparent that the big white guy that’s the manager does not teach his staff how to stay clean as they work because he himself is sloppy.
Staff operations need major improvement.
The flavor of the meats and the fresh tortillas are awesome.

This place gets my extra star for price point, quickness + the taste is good. The salad items seem fresh as well. However when they’re busy be prepared for them to run out of roasted chicken and their ice and homemade drinks. It has happened to me a lot. They have a good rewards program though and I get free food and discounts all the time. Capital Y+ Capital U+ Capital M= YUM.

Not sure why we have continued to go back but this will absolutely be our last time. Tonight we went in to use our gift certificate that we had from them screwing up our last order. My husband ordered the exact same meal to which they tried denying his certificate saying it was “fake” and also that we had to pay extra for his meal…makes no sense. I knew that mine wasn’t going to be covered by the gift certificate and was totally fine paying for a side of chicken. When we got up to the register, they charged me $14.99 for a 6 ounce container that wasn’t even full!! If I wasn’t absolutely starving and too far beyond exhausted to continue arguing with the bonehead manager that was wondering around the kitchen with his long hair free as a jaybird without a hair net then I would have told them I didn’t want it anymore. And to top it off the women’s bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. Paper towels, overflowing the garbage. The actual paper towel roll wasn’t even in the dispenser. It was sitting on top of it with wet, hand prints all over it.Toilet paper on the floor by the toilet. This place has gone down hill and is a rip off. Lost the business from a family of 7.

First time here. Welcoming but rather decent atmosphere could use some memorable Hispanic decorations. Food was really good and the burrito is the biggest behemoth I had the pleasure of gripping. Had to double wrap it at home but it’s delicious but I recommend the bowl as the tortilla is almost paper machet. Plenty of options from steak chicken they run of steak quick so go early. Quick service too I see why this place is ALWAYS packed. Def recommend best bang for your buck for Mexican food in the zoo I found. And I check Mexican moose,desperados etc

Other then nearly watching some dude in a red work pick-up get t-boned from not waiting his turn at the 4 way stop nearby (my last review details that, and prompted me that I should probably review positively more often rather then my more waring/negative reviews I tend to make)
