The Sip self-serve taproom and restaurant is located in the heart of downtown, redefining the way you enjoy drinks. With 36 self-serve taps, you can pour your own beer, cider, wine, wine cocktails, kombucha, root beer & non-alcoholic beer —all priced by the ounce so you can sip, sample, or go all in on your favorite. Our taps rotate often, ensuring a fresh experience every time you visit. Our food menu is served board-style, curated for sharing (or not). Choose from options like charcuterie, nachos, paninis, kids, dessert boards, chip and dips and more. All ages are welcome, and we offer games like shuffleboard, pinball, arcade games and more. Two distinct spaces: The Taproom for all ages and The Lounge for kid-free vibes!

What a cool experience! This place is new and fresh and the vibes are great. Really fun idea to pour your own drinks and be charged by the oz. It worked really well and it was a great experience for the whole family. There are some games and even some arcade games. The nachos were delicious and the beer, cider and wine were great!

What a beautiful space with an amazing vibe and the self serve style pour stations are amazing! (Think froyo self serve). With a smaller yet delicious food menu, there’s options for you and your children. There really aren’t a lot of places that are truly kid friendly (if you’re a parent you know what I mean) but Sip definitely is! A must stop if your in Poulsbo!

First of all, I love the bright, airy, and beautifully designed interior. I’ve seen places that have self-pour taps in the city, but The Sip is unique because it’s obvious that they’ve put a lot of thought into the guest experience.

We really enjoyed The Sip! Excellent selection of beers, wines, ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages. They still have the arcade there, with the arcade there with the addition of two shuffleboard tables. I really liked the self-service format, which allows you to take as much or as little as you want. Food was excellent, also.
