The wait time on the food was ridiculously long. The place wasn’t busy AT ALL. I’m talking 4 people at the bar. When we receive the food, the plates were hot but my food wasn’t. You can tell it had been sitting for a while because it was soggy and the breading was falling off. Not 1 time did the MOD come to the table to acknowledge us or apologize for the extremely long wait time. We were neglected. I am generally a chill person and don’t really get worked up about things but that was beyond ridiculous. The orders were wrong from ingredients to missing items all together. The however was polite and did take the time to apologize for the wait. I really hate that I wasted my money. Overall I will NEVER eat here again.

So disappointed. Been going here for years specifically for the mild buffalo wings. Ordered them tonight and they had a whole, different taste of burnt butter(they weren’t burned). Staff explained that the ingredients had changed. Please provide the option for the previous buffalo taste. I couldn’t eat more than 3 wings so definitely wouldn’t go back if they stay that flavor. The staff care was exceptional though.

Miiah my server was fantastic other than that The new sauce is disgusting. I purchase original bone in wings with medium sauce and it tasted nothing like it used to it was watery and no flavor. This is like McDonald changing their secret sauce or kfc changing their seasons what were y’all thinking will not come back till they change it again. I don’t care if corporate in Florida likes that type. That’s not South Carolina Hooters. Do better. I didn’t even eat it all would have asked for a refund but wasn’t going to put the waitress through that she was great and apologized for the issue

I’m not the only one that noticed the recipe change for the wings they’re just now extremely greasy not much flavor where’s the buffalo sauce there’s no Buffalo flavor I think they actually call the Buffalo but I don’t remember I think it was mild medium and hot anyway not the same very disappointed even the girl said she would return the wings but I didn’t want to do that she noticed the recipe changed and I read another review on here with the recipe changing you can add to the restaurants menu but you can’t take away like that’s the original hooter wing sauce and you changed it a lot of Hooters have changed it’s not what it used to be at all hey owner that website and Link doesn’t work

Good food but prefer the original wings from Hooters!! They changed it and the texture is totally different than before! They are not bad but what I liked about them before was that they were unique. Such a disappointment!! Also I ordered 10 and only got 7 so they were going to make the rest and I waited a long time only for them to come back and say they got busy and didn’t get to make the other 3! So we settled for paying for 6. Not good.

It’s a typical Hooter’s. Stopped in to get cheesesticks and buffalo shrimp and catch up with a friend.
Cheesesticks were hot, shrimp were sauced well, but there was something wrong with the beer tap; all the beers were coming out foamy and not chilled sufficiently. So we switched to bottles.
The server were nice and apologetic, and made sure we were not charged for the substandard beers.
Take away the messed up tap, the experience was what you would expect from a Hooter’s.

I had the fried pickles and Baja shrimp tacos. The fried pickles came out hot and salty. It was all right. However, the shrimp tacos took like 45 min to come out while it wasn’t busy. When I went in, there was a few guys on the bar drinking who weren’t ordering foods. Then there was one table already occupied, two most. So it wasn’t exactly busy at all. The shrimp tacos: seasoned and grilled then loaded with cabbage, pico de gallo and a special sauce and wrapped in flour tortillas. $10.79. The special sauce got a kick to it. The shrimp was ok and the rest of the taco was just raw veggies without any seasoning or extra preparation.
