Safest McDonald’s ever!!!!!
This is the safest friendliest McDonald’s ever!!! The staff were friendly and caring and my food came in 10 minutes which is not bad!!! My fries were hot and fresh and all the food in my order is fresh and I’m very happy and satisfied. Unlike the other McDonalds that had homeless people and rude staff this one is the best one I have been to in my area!!! I will come back soon to eat here!!!!

Beverage ordered was a regular Dr Pepper. Beverage provided by employee was a DIET Dr. Pepper. Self remedied the item discrepancy at the self service side dispenser.
Both sandwiches were perfect and tasty.

This McDonald’s locations is a plus for the Daly City area and I have been coming here for ages. I usually stop by when I am in the area or when I am up early where I need some breakfast. For the most part, I order from their drive thru since I can just stay in the car and no need to look for parking. Also their service is good thanks to their welcoming, well trained and understanding staffs. I have ate inside a couple of times, you can order from the counter if you can use one of their kiosks. They do have a second level dining area like an overflow area. Most of their items are made to order which is always a plus for me and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. Lastly, I highly recommend this place to anyone on a limited time, up early and in need of a quick bite or just a laid back place to hangout. I def will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

I gave it a one star because of the afternoon staff/crew.
I initially asked what number of toy they had for the happy meal and one of the crew showed me the actual #6 toy box. I ordered with my child and waited for a few minutes since I ordered no salt to my child’s fries.
When we got the happy meal, we got a #5 toy (which we liked also) so I asked the crew that handed me our order if I can order again so I can get the #6 toy. She told me they only had #5, so I told her that the other crew showed me the #6 toy. She reiterated that they only had #5.
I didn’t ask further because I didn’t want to stress myself with dishonest staff. I was a paying customer, ordering only so my child can have happy meals with different toys, and they clearly showed me what they had.
I have no problems with the morning/lunch crew. It was my first encounter with this bunch in the afternoon (around 5pm). How disappointing.

Stopped by the McDonalds for the .50 double cheeseburger day.
The service was pretty fast and very helpful.
They ran out of tops for the soda but replaced them once I asked for one.
The lady was real nice about it.

This issue is always consistent. Every time I go through the drive-thru they forget something. What really frustrates me is that they don’t even apologize, they just stare at you with a dead face like you’re lying or something. It’s annoying having to go inside just to get the missing item, only for them to act rude about it. They seriously need to be more organized or at least learn how to read the ticket so this stops happening. Even when I order through DoorDash it’s the same thing, there’s always one item missing.

Quick service and clean environment! They have parking spots for pickup orders, and a second floor for dine-in. The fries weren’t as fresh as I would’ve liked, but the chicken patty that came with the MCrispy was a generous portion and the bun was soft.
