Worst experience here so far. Ordered large fries and my daughter had for fries in her medium than I did. Also orders onion rings and they came out in one piece and the bottom of the carton was full of grease.

The food is normally good but everytime i come here i have to pull forward and wait on food. They always give me my blizzard first and they melt very fast. I would prefer to get my blizzard made last if i have to pull forward on food. They always forget something you’ve ordered as well and i end up having to go back in to tell them.

I usually enjoy coming to this Dairy Queen, but my recent visit was really disappointing. My order was made incorrectly multiple times, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, I was met with attitude instead of help. What made it even worse was seeing the cook in the back being very rude to the girl working in the front. The whole environment felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I wasn’t rude at all — I just wanted my order made correctly — but the way everything was handled was really frustrating. I hope the management looks into this, because this visit was definitely not up to the Dairy Queen standard.

Not impressed with this DQ. My son wanted a Hungerbuster Jr. with only ketchup, mayo, and cheese. That’s how I ordered it. It came with everything on it. I scraped it off. I did not ask for a remake. The small blizzard that I ordered for him had holes in the cup and was leaking which is very common. I did ask for another cup to place it in. The news was on and the other 2 t.v.s were off or weren’t working. The drink station was messy. The napkins tear also when pulling them out of the dispenser adding to the mess. The faucet in the men’s restroom needs to be fixed.

The employee that took my order was very nice and courteous to me. I did see 3 employees taking a break including one outside smoking. Not going back to this DQ. Sorry.

They messed up my order 2 days in a row. I won’t order here again. When I called up there the employee immediately got smart with me, gave me attitude. I wasn’t even even being rude at first, but I definitely got that way. They did it on purpose. Anarchist have no place here.

Went for a late night treat and was about $2 short (was told price had went up over the last week, which is no problem) the sweet employee told us that they had covered it for us! Sanaya (evening manager I believe) was all around kind and BEYOND helpful! Will continue to make this our “Home” Store❤️

I went into Dairy Queen to take my 5-year old niece and 11 year-old nephew who will visit me for a couple of weeks out for ice cream as a treat. We arrived at the restaurant approximately 20 to 25 minutes prior to closing. After a few minutes of indecisiveness, they finally made decisions. There treats were brought out to them after they were prepared. As we were sitting having a fun conversation, we were rudely asked to leave the restaurant because they were closed. I looked at my watch and was 10:09. I was extremely shocked and felt quite disrespected for the manner in which the young man spoke to me. I’m a paying customer, attempting to enjoy moments and make great memories with my niece and nephews. Those great memories were rudely and abruptly ended and replaced by bad ones by the callous blatant poor customer interaction. The kids wanted to know what happened and if they did something wrong. I attempted to assure them that they did no do anything wrong and I used this as a teaching moment to express how important it is to treat people with respect (among other things I shared with them that I will not mention in this forum). I’m 58 years old and have never been kicked out of an establishment. We got up and left quietly but I will not remain quiet. I will reach out to the manager and the corporate office on tomorrow to express my concerns. This was totally unacceptable.
