Solid Chipotle restaurant, but I have been to better ones. The dining area was clean and well organized. The service was very friendly and efficient. My steak bowl, however, was just okay. The steak was a bit tough, and I felt the portion could have been bigger. Not a bad experience by any means, but there are areas for improvement regarding the food quality.

Genuinely have never had such a horrid experience at Chipotle. Carne asada was ice cold and had horrible texture (like literally pre-chewed). They were somehow out of cheese, guacamole, AND white rice. The worker put so much sour cream on our bowls it made them cold and almost soup like. Will never go here again it was such a bad experience

This is not our first time here but maybe the worst. We did go an hour from closing after going to the outlets but whew not ok. They must have had staff call out because no one had cleaned up in awhile! Trash overflowing, tables looking nasty. The bathrooms weren’t horrible but everything else was. The first girl made made sure she separated the food like we asked but the next guy in the line didnt understand the assignment and messed everything up. we had to wait for him to fix it and it was bad. Even the cashier was like he had a hard time. Hopefully it was just because they were short staffed.

Open daily from 10:45 AM to 10 PM, it’s a reliable option whether you’re dining in or taking it to go. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outside. The staff is friendly, and prices are consistent with other Chipotle locations. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

Ordered DoorDash yesterday. And my whole family got super super sick. It started off with me, it literally hit me 10 mins after I finished and I only took like 4 bites. And then the rest of my family pretty much took turns in the restroom. It was awful. I gave Chipotle the benefit of the doubt and thought it could’ve possibly been something we ate earlier in the day. But tried to eat my leftovers again today and regretted it, and 10 minutes later same thing happened. I almost think it was either the beans/cheese/sour cream. Because my mother didn’t have any of those and was fine. It was good though so super disappointing and I’ve never had that happen before. But we all feel like absolute hell & it’s not something that has stopped, the feeling has been pretty constant. Don’t think it’s any type of poisoning but definitely think something was bad in our food. Please check your exp. dates

One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had – never coming back!
Unfortunately, we were treated very poorly from the moment we arrived. No proper greeting, no respect.
They told us “the system is down” like it was just an excuse. What made it worse is that some of the staff were laughing, like they didn’t take us seriously at all.
One of them even sarcastically said, “Let’s welcome them!” — clearly mocking us.
There was absolutely no effort to fix the issue or offer a proper apology.
Honestly, if this is how they treat customers, I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time or money here.
There are plenty of other places that know how to treat people with basic respect — even when things go wrong.
Shame on you. If you can’t respect your customers, you don’t deserve their business.

Wanted some food to make me feel whole and happy. Left with the meal of sorrow and despair. Tiniest scoop of rice ever, ice cold everything, missing ingredients, rock hard crunchy undercooked rice. $15 wasted. I swear there is not a single good food joint in Rehoboth or lewes. Why do you people come here. Everything sucks.

This is the Best chipotle restaurant! I’m a regular, every week I come in they make me feel like family. The food is amazing. Seasoned well and always fresh. Specifically Jazzlyn and Clarice are the best combo for this location. They are very professional and hilarious! I look forward to seeing them every week!
