I was nervous to try this location after seeing past reviews, but I’m glad I did. I ordered a large family meal and my son also ordered a large meal for him and his friends. Both orders were ready on time and both were completely accurate. They also gave us a ton of condiments which we appreciated. Food tasted great and was hot and fresh. The woman at the drive thru window was also very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back. Thank you!

Lady at drive through way too fast paced rushing me through (it wasn’t busy only 1 car behind me) ordered classic chicken sandwich, it was completely smothered in mayo almost inedible had no pickles on it, chicken rubbery and tasted like it had sat around for a while. I’m not one to complain or write reviews but I love Popeyes and this was lame, even the correct sauces were forgotten.

On August 3rd, 2025, I ordered two sandwiches. I received a ready message, but the counter lady informed me that they weren’t ready yet. I waited over 10 minutes before finally getting my order.
My friend and I tried to eat our sandwiches before going mountain biking. The first bite was different from usual, but I was hungry and kept trying to eat it. However, after about 4-5 bites, I couldn’t chop the chicken. I asked my friend to try it, and he said it was so hard to chop.
I went back inside and asked a quiet lady who had given me the sandwiches. I explained that the sandwiches weren’t properly cooked and asked if she could put them back in the fryer or something. However, she said they were done properly and wouldn’t do anything.
I tried to explain my situation, but she didn’t seem to want to listen. She wasn’t very friendly either. I didn’t want to argue with less than $10, so I just left and went to mountain biking.
This was definitely not a positive experience. I’ve been ordering here at least once a month, and this was the first time I’ve had a bad experience.

I live Popeye’s. Went through the drive-thru, my order was promptly taken. When I received my food it was piping hot to the point that I had to take the bag off my legs and place it on the floor. There’s nothing like getting fresh food.
The order taker was very pleasant. All the items in the order was correct. Best meal today.

This location is well…. Hit or miss. Some days service is great, fast, and the drive thru staff are nice. Other days you’ll hear what appears to be the manager yelling, stressing the staff as you can literally see a shift in behavior. It’s fast food chicken. It’s decent. I think it’s better than Chicfila as far as the sandwiches and roughly the same pricing

This is the best Popeyes in Washington state. The gm George was awesome. Super friendly and very organized and well managed. The food was so good and worth every penny of it. See pictures. He was welcoming, his staff organized a clean as well. The seating area clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. It was really great experience, which seems to be rare these days, so this just made our day going to Popeyes. Thank you everyone that works there.

Ordered online Jan 9 at night, arrive and I see the manager yelling at staff. Yikes, horrible atmosphere for dine in. I’m guessing due to the anxiety caused by the manager, staff called my order 15 minutes after it was prepared. They should shutter their dine in and go all drive through, because it was a really toxic environment.

My sister and I came through the Drive-Thru at 10:30 this evening, and were delighted by the service! We were able to use a coupon successfully, and when asked for a surprise side, we got one! Everything tastes fresh as we eat it, and the smiles from everyone we talked to still linger through our meal.

Horrible service. I placed a large chicken order for a work event to provide food for my employees. When I received the order, all of the food was cold and parts of my order were incorrect.
I contacted the restaurant immediately and was told that nothing could be done to help me, even though I still had the food and the receipt. During the call, the employee became defensive, stated that the food was not messed up, and refused to take responsibility or offer any resolution. The interaction was extremely unprofessional.
I work in customer service myself and understand how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, I did not receive basic professionalism or respect, and I felt I was treated differently based on my voice over the phone.
Because of this experience, I would not recommend ordering food from this location for personal or business needs.
