This is the best BK restaurant in all of the area. I brought my son and daughter here and a nice gentleman named Ariel with blue eyes offered them both a crown. The smile on both of their faces proved that they had a lot of fun. The Whopper was very good with French Fries. I really do recommend this Burger King location for all families and friends in the community.

Extremely horrible customer service and the staff is rude and disrespectful. I ordered a meal and received the wrong mini burger and they had a attitude about it. Also have me cold old fries and got upset when I asked for fresh fries which I did request when ordering. I never got a straw and when I asked for one I was completely ignored. They dont have mayonnaise packets and did not want to give me it on a small container. The supervisor never addressed the rude employees either. Those workers need a course in hygiene and sanitation. The restroom has no soap for hands. The females restroom is out of order so you will have to use a man’s restroom with no lock. Their restroom smelled like urine and it’s very evident that they dont clean it. Also caught one of the employees while on break trying to record me with his camera phone. He slowly put it down once I noticed him. The chubby younger African American gentleman who is pretty tall. The skinny dark skin gentleman with the hair locks was the Extremely rude one who ignored me and had a attitude and bad customer service. They need a training course on how to up keep this burger king with so much potential ! Hygiene wise I’m scared to eat here again because how do the employees wash their hands after exiting the restroom disgusting

The Whopper with French Fries was delicious and made greatly. The empowered team here are all very attentive and do everything with accountability and they like having fun. Also, Ariel was nice with stupendous hospitality. His speed was very impressive. The tables, windows, and chairs were all very clean. Overall, I’d give this Burger King a 10/10. It’s a bold place with good people who are very sweet and intelligent.

This is the worst Burger King by far!
This is a Burger King that I come to regularly with my daughter but never again! On January 14, at around 5:50 pm I went into the burger king to use the bathroom but on arrival I realized the bathroom door was locked so I had a seat waiting for the person to come out so I could use it. Then a few mins later the security approached me. But instead of asking if everything was ok all she said to me if I’m not ordering anything I should leave! I was very shocked with her attitude towards me so i didn’t even explain to her that I needed to use the bathroom then she said even if I’m waiting on uber I need to go outside. N at this time it was getting really chilly outside and I needed to pee really bad so I waited a bit longer inside to see if the person would come out the bathroom. Inside the store was literally empty about 2 ppl were seated n the guard kept looking at me n saying I had 2 mins! After hearing that I got extremely mad because why is she being discriminative towards me! I then told her I was going to order online! Because most times I order online! N I do have my own phone plan I don’t even use or know Burger King has WiFi so for her to think I was in there loitering trying to use the WiFi is insane! I am a mother! My daughter loves Burger King but if this is how I’m gonna get treated when I go there is absurd and we will just stick to McDonald! It seems like this burger king picks n chooses who can stay in because I know countless people who go inside to wait on their uber or just waiting inside without ordering and nobody says anything to them! This Burger King is very discriminative and that security guard who approached me is very disrespectful. You need to teach your security guards basic courtesy as well and to treat people as if they’re human beings! Thank you!

I ordered a bacon melt and received a double cheeseburger with bacon. Although I removed the sauce and onions from the sandwich, it is still quite different from a double cheeseburger. A melt is bigger and has more bacon. Also from the advertising the sandwich uses two bottom buns. I received a double cheeseburger with two slices of bacon. The sandwich was tiny. This is the second time receiving a tiny double cheeseburger than a large size bacon melt. The last time I ordered the “bacon melt” they put ketchup on it ♀️. I’m so upset..

This has to be the slowest burger king in the east coast. I use my app to order 10 minutes in advance. I get to the drive thru order box and have to wait 2 minutes to even get service. After 2 minutes someone finally ask what my order is, just to be told I have to wait as if I didn’t order in advance. I also ordered a sundae for my son and they gave me a half filled cup. I returned it and told them to give me the proper serving.

Me and my partner were standing at the counter, waiting for our order to be taken. When the cashier came, they took someone before us, okay whatever. We give our order. The cashier made a face because my partner didnt want cheese on his burger. My partner asked why the face and the cashier is like, who doesn’t eat a burger with cheese. Mind you , my partner doesn’t eat cheeseburgers. The cashier takes our order. It’s correct on the receipt. We are watching the person make the burgers specifically for him, because he also asked for no onions. The person making the burger put onions on the burger. So they had to make it over. Because I was paying attention to his food, I was not paying attention to how my food was being made because I asked for cheese , no lettuce, no pickles, no onions. When I get to the table, I got everything I asked not to be on my burger and I didn’t get my cheese. I was already feeling funny because the cashier skipped us, so I just ate my burger and we left. Never coming back. I prefer the burger king by my house because they pay attention. Mind you, we’re watching the lady read the screen and she still made the burgers wrong.
