We don’t usually eat at chain restaurants, but this was the choice. I was pleasantly surprised. The menu had some nice options, heavy on the calories. . The food came out quickly it was all cooked right, and the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp were really good. The service was OK.

We loved the taste of all the food. We got the 6oz sirloin and a chicken breast sizzled with onions and stuff, the chicken was great. Service was good. Unfortunately my steak was ordered medium and was significantly undercooked. We got there probably an hour and a half from close so that might have been part of the cause. I had to send it back once and the part I cut open initially was good but the rest of it was actual raw meat. We did get a $10 discount but it was a little disappointing because the steak flavor was pretty good.

First, the host was great, however the table we were seated at was dirty underneath with spilled applesauce and food, didn’t look like it had been swept all day. Second, our waitress only had 2 tables, us included, and didn’t clear any dirty dishes until we set them on another table so we could make room. After placing our order, she only came to our table one time and never asked to refill our drinks. Third, the food…my husband and I ordered the OM Cheeseburger and he got half the amount of fries I did and my burger was stuck to the skillet and burnt, I had to use my knife to scrape it off the skillet. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Had to leave before even served drinks. Was sat down by host and then unacknowledged for nearly 15 minutes before just leaving. I would completely understand if they were busy but they were not. Maybe 6 tables and 3 maybe 4 servers. We sat right next to the bar so every server looked right at us as they will they sat or stood just talking with other servers. We even pressed the call server button on our digital menu, still no acknowledgement. I hope others receive receive better service as we received none. We are generally very good tipers and all those servers missed out because they simply just dont care.

This was my grandparents favorite restaurant. It’s decent but probably wouldn’t eat here if not for them. Food and service is okay. Waited for about an hour last time and it wasn’t even busy.

Went in on Veterans Day for a meal. To be expected, it was very busy, but wait time was acceptable (I sat at the bar area). Food was tasty. Drink was good. Had great conversations with fellow veterans. I’ll keep coming back!

We have been to many different Applebees over the years and this was our worst experience. The food was so bad that I took the time to actually write a review. We ate maybe 10% of our food paid the bill and left. All 3 of our meals were not worth spending money on or trying to eat. The service and atmosphere where perfectly fine, what you would expect at Applebees.

Food was so good and the waitress was very friendly. The guy that took us to our seats had an attitude and grumpy. The guy placed me and my elderly family member at a 2 table seat under a register and the whole time it was cold while we were eating dinner. We asked to be moved and told us no more tables and the restaurant was not even full and there was plenty opens tables.
