Lady behind the counter was wearing a mask and she had a soft voice so I could BARELY hear her… however, I love raising Cane’s and the chicken tenders, bread, and fries ALWAYS smack! Paired with their unsweetened/sweet tea, chefs kiss.
The bathroom was clean, there were plenty tables. The drink station could be wiped down, but was not too much of a mess.
This location is near a high school, so there is a peak hour when school gets out.

It’s really sad how far this location has fallen. Had to deal with an extremely rude worker last night who was working the window. You would think when you thank someone for their service, you would get a better response than “uh huh”. I’m not even joking either. Not sure what her issue was but I felt really unwelcome. As someone who has worked in the industry, i would never treat guest that way. Then to make matters worse, the tenders were ridiculously small. Im talking laughably small. It seemed almost like a joke or something. This location is in dire need of an audit. It’s time to clean house and get a staff that actually cares. For how expensive this brand has gotten in just the past 5 years, you would think they take quality control very serious. Not this location unfortunately.

I stopped by at 1 am just now 10/7/25 and store ran out of coleslaw the girl taking my order asked if I wanted to substitute coleslaw for an extra cane sauce like what ?!?!?!? Then I waited 17 minutes and my maniac tenders were all extra extra crispy so hard and dry , I’ve never hd crispy tenders from raising canes in my life they are always the same out of the 50 times I’ve ate this chain , these were the worst tenders I’ve had here before , I prefer another location this one is wrong for even handing the tenders out like this look at my pics

Everything would be 5star if they would turn the music down. It’s unnecessarily loud. Louder than a Pdiddy concert, back stage. The chicken is starting to taste like baby oil. They got my order wrong because I don’t speak sign language. Won’t be back unless they have some respect on the volume knob.

Asked for crispy tenders and received low effort crusted tenders its nasty and inedible(flimsy , not crispy at all ) , ordered extra canes sauce’s didn’t receive them nor did they even put it on the ticket

ordered to-go twice from here and it’s been so below par both times. the size of chicken tenders they gave me were so small, it was a joke that they considered that worth the $10.50 meal. do they not weigh them? and then the next time, the fries were so soggy i had to throw them in the air fryer as soon as i got home. this is ridiculous. idk how people would wait in a 12-15 car drive thru for this…

i drive 20 minutes and order four 3 finger combos. and the tenders in three of the combos are not even 2 inches long. i call and he tells me come back up there with the receipt and he’ll fix it. cool. but i dont want to drive BACK up there to fix what should have been right the first time. $42 for 9 tiny tenders and barely any fries. thanks canes
