Okay so I asked my son where he wanted to eat and he picked Tony’s. I’m not a huge fan of pizza in general but we went. 1st let me say these slices of pizza are huge. And for 4.50 it’s a steal. He ordered 2 slices of pizza. Mostly because when he did he only wanted one I gave him a hard time. I’ve seen the boy eat entire frozen pizzas himself and thought, there’s no way one slice is enough. But they are that big. I ordered a Philly and the Greek salad. Both were good. The salad had a touch too much feta but it was still good. And again, a good deal for the money. I’m sure we will be back. Go for the pizza!

Tony’s Pizza in Hickory never disappoints! Their NY-style pizza is always great, with a classic thin crust, big flavor, and the price is a steal deal. You can tell they make their own pizza sauce from fresh tomatoes and high quality herbs.
The pepperoni calzone is one of my favorites as its packed with pepperoni. The Greek salad is another great option and is always fresh and crunchy. The atmosphere is lively and warm, making it a good spot for kids or a quick meal. Everything comes out hot and fresh every time. Easily one of our go-to spots in Hickory. They also offer curbside pick up which I greatly appreciate with little kids!

NY Style Pizza that can be ordered as a whole pie or by the slice. Slices were large and very good. I also got an order of garlic knots and they were quite good.

I ordered a pepperoni Parm sub last week and I just want you to see how I make it because the way you make it is basically just a sandwich I mean no offense by that but I think you would sell a lot of them if you made it like this load the inside of the bread with pepperoni so it doesn’t get soggy when you pour the sauce and the mozzarella cheese in it wrap it in foil, put it in the oven

Amazing pizza! I enjoy all the Tony’s Pizza locations, and I frequent the Mooresville location the most. They all taste slightly different from one another.
Based on my experience, this location serves the pizza piping hot and a little less well done. It depends what you like, but if there is a Tony’s Pizza in your area, it’s going to be the best pizza to choose from.
The only other amazing pizza in the Lake Norman area is Brooklyn South in Cornelius, which is way better than Brooklyn Boys in Mooresville.
Getting back to Tony’s Pizza in Hickory, the staff is super friendly.

Went in and was one of the first customers. Several people got their orders and we didn’t. So asked about our order and they said it was going to be another 15 mins. We got a refund and left after waiting 30 mins and several orders got theirs before us and we just had a pepperoni pizza. I’ve had some decent experiences here before but will not be back after this one.

I had a great experience today! The young lady working the phone orders today (I believe her name was Jennifer or Jessica) was extremely helpful and so attentive.
She helped me place my pizza order and even walked me through using the online app for rewards.
Her patience and kindness made the whole process super easy. Customer service like this is hard to find.

Looking around tasting different pizza joints as a guy that loves his slice! This place has traditionally NY Style slices. Extra large sliced pizza with a crispy crunch dough and good under carriage. I ordered mine little extra crispy to ensure no doughy outcome. Very satisfied with the taste! Also tried the wings, they are not the best quality wing but they are pretty good 4 stars on wings. Pizza was phenomenal!

We’ve eaten here recently and decided to try it again for a family gathering. The pizza was good, but our order wasn’t correct. We asked Taylor for no sausage on the 5 Boroughs and received it anyway.
We ordered at 5:06 and didn’t get our pizza until 5:38. When we asked about the delay, Taylor responded, “We have other orders.” I understand it can get busy, but it was frustrating to see customers who arrived after us receive their pizzas before ours. That suggests there may be an issue with how orders are being prioritized during peak times.
After paying $90.35 for pizza and leaving a tip, which after the service felt undeserving, this should have been a much better experience.
On a positive note, the man at the front was very professional and sincerely apologized for the wait.

Great place to eat. Always good every time we go after church. Disappointed they took away the slice special on the weekends. It was one of the main reasons we went because it was affordable and a good value for the amount of food you get.
